Terrible service
December 8, 2025

I asked for a room by the pool and hot tub I told them I would be entertaining my grandkids. I got there and found the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs l canceled told them it would not do. Even though I canceled the second night with in. The required time they charged me for both nights I called them they said they would have the manager call me back. It never happened I tried calling the same number again this time it just rang and rang no one ever picked up

On Nov 15th I tried to book an overnight hotel and was really impressed with the level of service I received from Jenny Rose. She was sensitive to my request and offered thoughtful recommendations which assisted in making my final decision.
The booking process was smooth and I was pleased with the accommodation at Candlewood Suites.
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service experience.

The representative did the impossible and found me a hotel at 2am in the morning that fit my needs in terms of proximity to the hospital I was at. He ensured that the hotel had pet/allergen free rooms for me on top of everything else

Lied to. Scammer

I was scammed making this reservation. Something to at should have been 149 became 284. I was told this was the only room available when I made this reservation. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know about booking dot com. What a $#*!ty way to do people.

Clarksville N Days Inn stay

Spoke with Christian Adan. Specially asked for a non-smoking room, told him we had a dog and asked if he was with the hotel and he said yes. Got to the hotel to find out that I had contacted a third party company by mistake, the hotel did not know we had a dog and it was a smoking room which inflamed my allergies.

LIES LIES LIES

Hotel Planner disguises themselves as the "hotel" that you are trying to speak with and make a reservation. Speaking with them it was stated that my reservation with a different 3rd party site would not be valid, all the while I was speaking with a 3rd party site. He told me I was speaking with the hotel direct…LIES! I found a cheaper rate and he would not match it either. Reluctantly made the reservation and there is no canceling after for no reason whatsoever. I finally found the hotel number direct and spoke with a very nice person who stated there were "many" rooms left and at a much lower rate. Again, LIES from the person I spoke with initially. Come to find out IHG Holiday Inn Express only charged $95 for the room and Hotel Planner uncharged an additional $75 for our stay. So dumb…lesson learned. Always go directly to the hotel to make reservations. Plus I learned I could not apply my IHG rewards to out stay because we booked with a 3rd party site…even more LIES!

I called 4 different numbers labeled "Front Desk" to try to reach the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Albuquerque so I could avoid the misery of providing the details I eventually had to provide. None of these numbers -- zero -- connected me with them. Two were quite happy to make a reservation for me, and when I asked whether they were Front Desk Albuquerque, they hung up. One was a phone tree that required a confirmation number, which I didn't have. I hung up.

Edgardo, at the fourth number, wasn't in Albuquerque, either. I gave up and worked with him. By then, I was shaking in anger, and he was Patience itself. He answered this enraged woman's questions, explained a few things, and was completely pleasant the entire time. He was excellent with someone whose behavior was quite bad.

Failing points to Crowne Plaza's phone services. Kudos to Edgardo for his superior assistance.

Hotel six denim springs louisiana

My wife and I arrived at hotel 6
On November 21st.
And we opened the door to the room they were roaches and bedbugs. We were so tired we went to bed that night. I killed 2 roaches, when we first walked into the room, I told the wife do not how to open suitcases. Cause there's bugs that morning, she woke up to go. Take a bath and she had bites all on her face her back her legs, her hands from bedbugs, and we had to go to the emergency room for her to get treatment for the bed bug bites, needless to say. We loaded up everything and left that hotel 6 and denim Springs, and we got another hotel elsewhere. I would never ever Tell anybody to stay in that hotel. It is nasty and it's run down and terrible and they refuse to give us our money back.Needless to say, I think I'll have to get a lawyer and sue them for all the inconvenience and have to go to the emergency room.Because of their neglect to their hotel
