Sure we would rather stay at Loews Royal Pacific Resort but for 1/3 of the price it was clean and safe. The location was great for Universal. Spent a long weekend before our passes expired. The price was less than $100 for three days and two nights. Best deal on internet. Very happy with out come. Will use again.
Review of my credit card found overpayment on the final price quote provided by Hoteling.com. Appears all their transactions are processed in Spain, hence Hoteling pass on to the customer (via bank) all international transaction costs - and all such information is silent and untransparent on their final quote.
After initial acknowledgment of overcharging, I have continually chased up their customer service for 9 weeks, finally getting a response after submitting similar online reviews - and they pretty much they told me to get stuffed and go see my bank. I will now be pursing them via the bank and our government ombudsman - deceptive business should be shut down
Never move from Expedia; 10 years of transactions with them made all across the world - zero issues. Your credit card payment aligns exactly with what the quote states
**In response to your pathetic reply, Expedia is based and register is the USA - yet when they send me an AUD quote listing 'final price' - that is the price that I pay and see charged on my credit card.

Booked a hotel from them and initially the process was good but after 4 days they called and said the price for my room is incorrect and I either need to pay well over $100 per night more or they can cancel my reservation with a full refund. Issue now is that all the other hotels are full. Do not use Hoteling.com. Terrible customer service too and not helpful at all.

Reserved a room over a week ago, the money has been taken out of my account and received email confirmation; however when I go to the hotels website no reservation is available with my information. Have no way of contacting company because they are out of the country. Probably going to cancel my reservation and go through different company! I cannot risk the uncertainty!

I tried to make a reservation with hoteling with paypal, they sent me to paypal website for payment and once I payed when redirecting me to hoteling for confirmation, I get a 404 error page not found, paypal already charged me! For the reservation. What can i do? The contact form on hoteling.com doesn't work!

Great prices but booked with a out of the US company and got snowed in Denver during blizzard could not make first night reservation a simple move this to that day has turned into a week of fighting with two different companies because I have no way of calling the out of country company so look where the company is located at when booking middle men always suck

Booking was easy however I was charged an overseas tax that wasn't listed on the receipt nor anywhere on the website. I'm fairly disappointed that for the few dollars I saved with hoteling vs an Australian website, I ended up paying more for in overseas tax.

Arrived at the hotel and the reservation was non existent according to hotel staff - had to book something else.

My experience with Hoteling dot com went well, but when I called the hotel directly (*******311) for confirmation # ******* they had not received anything are may not honor my reservation when I arrive on Saturday, April 2nd... Please look into this. I thank you for any help, Jim.

My hotel reservation was cancelled without contacting or notifying me just because I chose to book through their English site where my residential country isn't within their English-speaking region. My booking was treated as a fraud. On one side, I appreciate their vigilant efforts on protecting consumers (or themselves), on the other hand, it is a online business, come on guys.

Was concerned upon booking from not receiving any email confirmations. So emailed them back via their contact details from their website (it was a sunday afternoon as well) and woke up the next morning to find a response from their customer service providing all the details so can't complain and with the best prices around am very pleased.

As I built a tour with hotels in Montana, Wyoming and Alberta I sought a reservation in Jackson Wyoming. In Trivago. Hoteling brought up the best option for price and amenities in Jackson Wyoming. When the bill was paid the reservation came from Hoteling for Jackson Mississippi.
It took me over an hour to chase down the Hoteling staff to get this reservation erased. I got my money back but I learned that multiple erros come from Hoteling on Trivago's site for hotels in the US not in the right state Watch carefully before booking with Hoteling Is it where you think the town is?

Everything so far has been very good. I have had confirmation from the hotel as requested. Our booking is correct and everything as booked. Very good communication. I was a little skeptical about booking with hoteling because of all the negative reviews but the prices were so cheap I couldn't help but take a risk. I let a day go by and called the hotel to verify the booking and they confirmed YAY! So far I have nothing bad to say about them we got an awesome deal!

I was looking for a room in Los Angeles for my wifes birthday. We coudnt go where she wanted due to my sons car breaking down inlos angeles. We had to get there to repair it. So I wanted a special place for her to make up for it. Hoteling beat all the other sites by $ 100 I will always check hoteling for all my hotel stays. Thank you for a great deal.

Answer: Hi I'm still waiting for my refund and they haven't come back to me with my email of a couple of days ago. My advice is still don't use this company.
Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
