It was easy to book, but room was not up to my standards. It was very close to ice machine and one of the less desirable rooms in a decent hotel. They did not have a phone or coffee pot in the room as stated in ad. We had to request them. Continental breakfast was gross and coffee not great.
Booked a room in Gold Coast and to my surprise it was the cheapest here, would love to again book here

I thought the motel was beautiful. Rooms were very clean. The only thing bad was the price of the food. We had to go out to eat cause of the prices. Would have eat in the restaurant for breakfast.

They have a non existing customer service. They wont refund me cause there website needed a confirmation number they never sent me I had to call the hotel itself to get it then had to get a hold of the team that provides hoteling's wholesaler to get them to answer my email. S still they sasid they cant refund me even though the hotel said there should be no problem
They will not answer me any more or call me like I asked complete jerks

In regards to cancellation policy, if you booked a refundable option, you can cancel your booking up to few days before arrival day. I boiled a room in a hotel using your weight, I booked the wrong day. We only had one night to spend as we had a funeral to attend in alpaso TX. When I realized what day id booked it for i was told you give no refunds It was already late in the evening.

This was the first time I had used Hoteling and I was worried that the hotel would not have the booking or we would get a poor room but both points proved to be unfounded. The hotel were ready for us and the room was lovely, all at a reasonable price with no extras added, thank you Hoteling, I would definitely recommend you and include you in my future hotel price researches.

I gave Hotelling my credit card information on their website. The credit card was brand-new with a huge limit. When I arrived at my hotel in South San Francisco California I was told that my credit card was declined. The hotel swiped my card and charged me for the room. The hotel desk man told me I better call Hoteling and make sure I wasn't charged twice. When I did that Hotelling person told me it was my problem and I had to work it out with hotel. The hotel told me just the opposite. The hotel says that they are given a corporate card from Hotelling so how could that card be declined? As a matter of fact Hotelling did charge my card and if Hampton Inn in South San Francisco charges my card I will cancel payment on both of them and let Hotelling and Hampton Inn fight it out. What pissed me off the most was Hotelling telling me it was my problem. So much for Hotelling, I will never use them again.

I found a hotel in tripadvisor and hoteling.com was advertising it for a very low price. After paying I started to wonder how they were able to get it so cheap when everybody else didn't so I started to search hoteling reviews. So many bad reviews scared me and thought I could lose my money so I called the hotel twice within one week to verify the reservation. They had no reservation in my name. I tried to contact Hoteling by chat several times no one came to the chat then I emailed but they did not reply so I cancelled my reservation and prayed I would get my money back. Well I must say I got my money within one week as they had promised. However the fact that I wasn't able to get in touch with them by chat or email was a real problem. I am sorry to say that I don't feel comfortable booking thru them. I am afraid I will not be so lucky the next time.

After having a trouble free booking experience it was followed up with disappointment!
A week before our booking, one of the friends travelling with us was diagnosed with breast cancer. I contacted Hoteling via email, as it was the only way to do so, to ask abot cancelling 2 of the 3 rooms we had booked due to the illness of my friend. I was sent an email stating the rules for cancellation which was fine. Unfortunately the only way to do this was to cancel all 3 rooms and get no money back! I did not want my room cancelled and also did not want to pay for it again.
When we arrived at the apartment on the Friday I explained what had happened and was told I may get the following night refunded if I could contact Hoteling and they could rebook to rooms.
This was nearly impossible due to fact I was unable to find any contact details for Hoteling except the email I had already emailed twice.
The receptionist found a phone number for me that was in America... hence I never called as it would of cost me more for the phone call than the room was.
I was very disappointed as I was hoping to receive something back for my friends considering this was completely beyond their control!
Therefore I will not be using Hoteling ever again.

I booked with hoteling and due to unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel. I cancelled March 5th, and my booking was for June 16th. I was informed by email my refund could take up to 7 days. I called them on day 6 nervous, and the lady had to email her financial staffeta because she couldn't find my information and told me I would receive an email in 48 hours. I verified those were hours and not business hours. I waited over those 48 hours and called this morning to be told 1) my refund was never submitted and they said I should receive it in the NEXT 5 days. And 2) it isn't for the same amount they pulled from my bank account. They proceeded to tell me to email a bank statement showing how much was taken but there's NO GUARANTEES I'll get that same amount. Then proceeded to tell me they will email their financial department. When I asked if there was a manager/supervisor I could speak to, apparently they don't have one. Fishy business.

We've just recently cancelled our bookings for our stay in Osaka, Japan. The cancellation did not take to long and the refund was processed quickly. They actually returned the whole amount without any fees! Not sure about the quality of their bookings and hotels based on the reviews here but we're happy about our experience.

I use the wholesale sites a lot then generally book direct if they'll price match so having booked through Hoteling shows they were cheaper and easy to use. Information was concise and correct. Cannot fault

I booked a hotel on Feb. 25,2016 for a 1 night stay Saturday, Mar. 5,2016 to have a girls night. The hotel that I booked (181.46) with looked to be the best choice, but once I got there it was terrible! As soon as I went to check in the lady at the desk told me that there would be a $30 fee that will be refunded upon checkout and I was ok with that. The hotel was total chaos! The toilet didn't flush, the furniture tarnished, 2 thin sheets on the bed to sleep, NO HOT WATER, plugs were not easily accessible and the staff were very rude and seemed improperly trained. I had gotten weary of calling the staff member up(never came) so I went to check out that same night and ask when the manager would be in. I called the following day to speak with the manager. The staff continued to say the manager was not in yet, but said she would be there shortly after hours and hours passed and the phone started saying my call would not go through. I called the corporation which they had the manager call me only to find out the lady had charged me $131 and change that should be back on my card in the next business day but she also stated that I would have to contact hoteling.com which I did. Went to the website where the only way to contact them was by email! After they did NOT contact me back I began digging, digging and digging for a phone number bc of course they did not send one on my confirmation email and I soon found one on a negative review of the website. Contacted them where they wanted me to send another email. They then emailed me saying they could not refund me because I left for personal reasons and I didn't call them before checking out of the hotel (didn't have any type of number to call) I am telling you, Do Not spend your hard earned money or even your business' money to book with them. Still have not heard back from them!

We booked the wrong date for a hotel stay and when we tried to email customer service were told to just call the hotel and if they said it's okay then they will just authorize it. Which was not true even though I have an email stating they would. I tried contacting them and they don't have a customer service number in the United states. When I finally got transferred to someone they advised that I could not make any changes even though i made the reservations seconds before speaking with this rep, she was very rude and told me I could not speak to any manager or anyone else to get this fixed, I only wanted to change the date not cancel. Any date and I would of been happy just not Easter Sunday and I received no solution to this problem. I've worked in customer service my whole life and I was stunned at the unprofessional and rude service, I will never do business with this company or refer them to anyone either. This is what happens with your jobs are outsourced to another country and there is no training in customer service. OK Rant over. Just thought you should know before booking with this company. This is my review and this is my opinion.

Answer: Hi I'm still waiting for my refund and they haven't come back to me with my email of a couple of days ago. My advice is still don't use this company.
Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
