After booking my hotel, they said that it could take up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation. 12 hours later they said that it could take up to 48 hours. 48 hours after booking they begged for another three days. Then they just cancel the reservation. Of course, it is now over one week later and they still have not refunded my money and they still show the same offer at the same hotel at the same price. Work with anyone else!
I booked a hotel in Maledives for 1700 for 7 nights via Hoteling.com - in the booking conditions it read that it could be cancelled without any charges until shortly before arrival.
I cancelled the hotel a few days after booking as my plans had changed. Hoteling.com did not process the refund - also many inquiries to their customer service did not bring any resolution. Now trying to get the refund via MasterCard - not sure how this will end.
DON´T BOOK THROUGH HOTELING.COM!

I can assure you that this is not our standard practice of customer care and the request had been proceeded. You should have the money back on your account within next 3-5 working days. I booked a hotel through Hoteling.com and now they are saying that the Hotel is not honoring the booking because the price is quote 'Obvious not right' unquote, yes with the capital O.
How arrogant! Now Hoteling is refusing to make things right.
Now they want to charge me the full amount which Obviously not right too!
Update: even after asking me to contact them, they are still insisting they had mixed up the pricing and not accepting their mistake and keep shovelling their T&Cs to my throat.
Hoteling is still not wanting to resolve this matter,
DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH HOTELING.COM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

This is my first time booking a place on this site. I would of never found the place I booked, if wasn't for this site. Had a little issue trying to reserved the place with pay method but was able to refresh site and reserved place. I would definitely use this site again.

I wanted to book a hotel in Puerto Mogan, Gran Canaria and went online to do so. ALL the other 'Agencies' - Booking.com, trip Advisor, Expedia and so on quoted a higher price per night for bed and breakfast at this particular hotel than Hoteling quoted for half board. Guess who I booked with - right, Hoteling and it will be my FIRST choice from now on. Thank you, keep up the great work.

Booked hotel only to find that a pricing error meant the booking was canceled. This was in T&Cs so appreciate I cannot do anything about this but unfortunately now have to try claim flights back through travel insurance.

UPDATE
I was able to cancel as on the french version of the site the date inputs correctly
I booked a cancelable reservation on Hoteling and I tried to cancel prior to the cancelation date using my reservation number, name and date, however the date format has to be yyy-mm-dd but the calendar embedded in the web site only enters the date the opposite way preventing logging in the the reservation. An error message "The value 'xx/xx/2016' is not valid for Check-in date" is displayed on the log in screen after entering the information. There is no way to enter the date manually. I am using a Mac.

I booked online last night and didn't receive a confirmation email. I see the charge on my card but i am concerned that i didn't get a confirmation email and now I read all of this i am panicking! I made reservation for the hotel. Couple minutes later I received call from my bank saying that someone was trying to stol my money. I read some bad reviews so I called bank. First thing they asked me was "was it me trying to make payment". I told them that it was me, but I'm afraid to book that hotel because I've heard it my be scam. Women in the bank told me I can book it if I want, but in couple hours I should call the hotel to make sure they received booking. They alsow told me that if we find out it is a scam then I can call bank and they will give me my money back on my credit cart. Do I did it. Next day I called the hotel to check if they have reservation with my name and they didn't. They never heard about hoteling.com
I called bank to do dispute my credit card and they told me I can't do it because when they called me day before I told them that I agree to make the payment to hoteling.com
I'm devastated we suppose go on spring vacation with my kids and I don't know what I' going to do. Hoteling.com stole 1500$ from me
O and women from my bank told me that hoteling.com is in Jamaica

I tried to book a room on Hoteling and received an alert from my credit card company that there may have been fraudulent activity on my credit card. I went online and read all of the reviews where people were scammed out of their money. I immediately cancelled my credit card and disputed the transaction as fraudulent. My credit card company told me that they only had an email address for contact information. That is a red flag right there! I will book directly through the hotel next time.

If there were a no stars option i would have chosen that. I called 10 minutes after making a reservation to rectify an issue which appeared to be due to a misunderstanding of the room details (and ambiguous room details at that). I was basically told i have no rights and cant do anything about it, then once i was frustrated enough, they decided to blame me and suggested i lose the booking and money, and book another room (great advice guys!) They were argumentative and blaming. When i returned to my desk to see if the same room came up under the 3 person double bedded room criteria, it displayed, but they insisted it was my fault in my filter and that it would have not come up if i had selected it but i would have selected it anyway since it came up under the same criteria. Being that I called only 10 minutes after the booking, usually one would assume a grace period, BEWARE, you have NO rights, and the pointlessness of a customer service number continues to baffle me. Rest assured I will continue to spread the warnings about hoteling.com.
Just to confirm my point there are two screenshots, since the CS person was so argumentative and blaming, argued that if i had select more than two person, it would have not displayed. Yes it did, and I would have selected it all the same,

Answer: Hi I'm still waiting for my refund and they haven't come back to me with my email of a couple of days ago. My advice is still don't use this company.
Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
