The app only allows for employees to pretend they're helping. They tell you to give them a minute and they won't solve the issue. Horrible!
I used hopper trying to save on hotel deals and ended up paying more than I bargained for. They literally used my personal info and charged me for 2 extra nights after I was supposed to be refunded for the night before. A total of 3 nights without my consent. Leaving me with no funds during the thanksgiving holiday. I was stuck in a room with my 2 yr old daughter no real meal just vending machine snacks. PLEASE THEY NEED BE STOP AND HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

I used Hopper for flight and car rental. Worst decision ever. All communication is through email. They are not helpful. I needed to change the date of the return flight and the return date for the car. The flight was changed to a horrible return flight. The car was never changed. They told me to contact the car rental place directly which they knew would not help me because I rented through Hopper. They never changed the car return date nor did they disclose all of the additional fees that were going to be added to me at the end of the rental by the car company after I had paid Hopper in full. This Hopper App is no help and ended up costing me more money. So I paid extra fees and for days that I did not use the car. Hopper nor the Dollar Car Rental place have given me my money back. Whatever you do stay away from this App.
I do not have a photo but my flight was from Houston to Birmingham then a return flight with a car rental. Saturday, November 20 to Wednesday, November 24

I booked a flight through hooper putting a good deposit down of 120 to freeze flights that were 475 and they lost that flight so they offered me a new option that said $0 change even if they flight I choose was more expensive, the flight I picked was just a $100 more so now when I'm taking a look into the app my price freeze is not the same, a one flight is 1879 now which means something is definitely wrong because it has stops and I'm looking at the actual airline which has rounder trips for a cheaper cost. Hopper is a scam don't use them and I need my money back cause I've tried to contact customer service and haven't heard from them

I will never use this site again. I purchased a ticket for united airlines I was told via email from a rep & a 2nd different email response I was eligible for a credit. My original flight was $198 the new flight $117 after I canceled there was a credit of 198 once I booked the new flight the credit was gone where is my $80. After going back and 4th I was told I could only use the credit once but that's not what either email stated why would I agree to lose out on $80. I've been waiting for a supervisor email response because there's no telephone communication for hours. DO NOT USE THIS SITE BEWARE. I've never had problems with the actual airline sites or skiplagged. Their customer service is garbage they take forever to reply originally the rep was suppose to cancel my flight & book the new 1 because I was asking about the credit he took so long so I did it myself because it was only 1 ticket left now I just lost out on my money. Spend your money somewhere else it's not like there giving you a huge discount its not worth it.

There is no customer service! I booked a hotel reservation that I ended up cancelling within the alotted time frame. I was refunded 26$ less than what I had paid because the exchange rate on the day I was refunded differed from the exchange rate of the date I had originally purchased the reservation. There is no one you can talk to. Not even by e-mail if you do not have an active booking. Be ware of companies that do not offer in person customer service. Very disapointed and never again will I use this app and I would not recommend using it!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Hopper advertised an indoor pool at Country Inn and Suites. The pool was closed. I picked that hotel because it advertised an indoor pool. I stayed 30 minutes away from the area I was visiting to enjoy the pool with the kids. We were all soo very disappointed! No more hopper and no more Country Inn and Suites in Pennsylvania.

HAD THE AMOUNT BEEN FOR MORE, I WOULD TAKE THIS TO COURT. I'VE SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND LEFT HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON LITERALLY EVERY PLATFORM AND WEBSITE I COULD FIND. THEIR PRICE FREEZE OPTION IS A SCAM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THE FLIGHT BECAME UNAVAILABLE WHICH ACCORDING TO THEIR FAQ'S, IS REFUNDABLE. I SUBMITTED A REQUEST WITH SCREENSHOTS HIGHLIGHTING THIS AND THEY SIMPLY DELETED MY REQUEST. NO RESPONSE. NO NOTHING. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN ACTIVE FLIGHT PURCHASE IN ORDER TO USE CHAT. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. PART OF ME WANTS TO APPLY TO THEIR COMPANY JUST TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE FACE TO FACE AND TELL THEM WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY THEY RUN. WASTED MY TIME SO I HAVE NO PROBLEM WASTING THEIRS. I just booked two hotels using Hopper and I got charged two $9.00. I don't know what the charge is for. I found a Hoper Customer Service number online 88 976 0089. I call that number and a gentlemen answered the phone and stated that this is not Hoper customer service. I don't know why they us our number. I'm unable to contact Hopper for any help at all. I will call my bank to refund the money because I don't know what the charged is for and I didn't authorized that two those charges.

Be careful when you are booking a trip with hopper all these pop-ups occur and if you accidentally press on one it could potentially lead to additional fees. It could be trip protection, luggage protection and several other mystery services. I was charged 50 bucks for some service I must have accidentally clicked on during the frequent pop ups. It's non refundable once u accidentally select. This is new, hopper did not have all these extras in the past. It's a sneaky way for them to get more money. I used them for two years but I'm all done. Just be careful and monitor your Account for suspicious hopper withdrawls

I booked two rooms back in October and the first two rooms charge me $10 and then told me that something went wrong and I never got my refund back the third room was booked and I did get that but I still charge 30 extra dollars for the other rooms that were booked not very good customer service at all.,,

I tried this for a flight. Price froze at 420. Came back to finish booking a 5 days later and it wanted me to pay 495 with my 49 deposit taken off. I booked through American directly. I lost my 49 but saved through American that plus 20.

My friend suggested me to hopper to use for trips which I had done once and it worked. This time it charged me $744 in booking and cancelled my flight through spirit so it basically just ate my money. I had to contact not only
My bank but BOTH flight companies that I had made for my booking just so I could get my money back within 24 hours. Never again am I using this $#*!ing app. It's a SCAM.

Very dissatisfied right now with this company. First they do not have a way to call for customer support second they do not communicate well with each other.
I just booked a flight this morning with these guys and I had the passengers first name incorrect on the flight info. I reached out and was told I had to cancel my flight and redo the whole thing again by one person and another said that they would help me.
Because of them not communicating properly not only did I have to reserve another flight but I was charged $100more to rebook the flight.
For a newer company who is trying to be in the travel industry this is poor service and the changes I had to make were within hours of each other so the price I was charged should be honored.

I used the search function for my flights using hopper app today and I did not see any final details of the flights amounts breakdown. I did not submit my purchase request as i wanted to see the total breakdown before closing the deal. Nothing has been through to the end of the transaction within the system as the errors message pops up in the middle. But I have been charged $1600. 88 in my credit card. I do not see any confirmation sent either by hopper or the airline. Can not even cancel the flights as there is no history in the the past booking within the app. They do not have a phone number to call which makes things worse. How to fix the issue without a confirmation number or transaction records but a credit card charged fully? Please contact me and I hope to resolve it within 24 hours of so-called booking cancellation timeframe. Thanks.

Hopper did not honor price freeze policy. When I tried to reach to customer support it took hours to receive a response. When someone finally reached out the support staff stated there had been a system update that caused the delay in response.
I was told the freeze was no refundable, even though I had NOT reached the $100 price freeze cap.
The next representative also informed me and I quote
Thanks for the screenshot. The system update that was mentioned by the agent here happened last week which did not affect any price freeze redemption since Friday. She had that on her initial response to let you know that it was one of the reasons why it took us longer to respond to your request. If there was any error or glitch related to your price freeze, we will be able to see it on the history of your account regardless of the date of occurence.
Strange why she would mention that to me if the update was last week my chat started a week later.
I am NOT happy and I will Not Use them again

This is not a good site for booking. Dont do deposit before any booking because this is 100% fake and non refundable. Not good customer service, not user friendly application. Heads up to those people who wants to save money and wanna be safe from scam. This seems like fraud business. Do not do any transaction for booking.

Hopper has the worst customer service I've ever had to encounter. They are willing quickly to take your money but don't want to refund you your cancelled ticket. Will never do business with them again and I don't recommend anyone to use this service

Answer: File a claim with your bank. They charged me An additional 2 nights after hopper said they would refund my money. Instead they went without my consent n charged me an additional 2 nights. I was robbed for a total of 3 nights. Without being able to contact any support. A total Scam!
Answer: No they are about polar opposite of trustworthy. Run don't walk away from this company. My lesson cost $1435 dollars. If you require customer service look elsewhere they have none. Not even a phone number which is the first red flag.
