I love Hopper! I have booked a number of flights based on their predictions alone. The flex date option is so helpful if you know your destination and the window you are hoping to travel. I have even compared their prices with the actual airline just to make sure I am getting the better deal. Really a sweet app that makes purchasing tickets a breeze. The notification option lets you know you should keep waiting to book that flight or jump on it and buy your ticket!
I waited for months because hopper kept telling me to wait. Booked the week before my trip for $200 MORE than previously advertised. This site is garbage.
Must say I've been nothing but astounded by this app. My husband and I have been able to take trips that would otherwise have been IMPOSSIBLE had it not been for the money this app has saved us on flights! An extremely happy customer!! Have have gotten 3 amazing deals and already having this app notifying me for any deals for a flight we're planning for next year! Hands down the best flight app, and best flight deal finder out there period!!
Hopper cancelled my reservation and left me at Toronto airport...... I have been waiting for a resolution for three hours and nothing has been done :(
My reservation was cancelled on August 14, 2019 and I had to book another flight and reserve a night at a hotel for the layover, as suggested by Hopper. I also had problems at work due to the irresponsibility of who made the cancelation of my reservation without letting me know and without offering a valid reason. I would like to know how are you going to compensate. I ask for a full refund of the additional charges I incurred due to this situation and the portion cancelled unfairly.
Great app so far! Would save me a lot of extra work if you could include all airports in an area (eg Oakland as well as San Francisco)
I recently input a flight from DC to Boston and Hopper says "book now, this price will only go up" but I decided to wait. I checked the flight every day for the next few weeks and lo and behold the price drops $30 today. So I saved money and Hopper was absolutely incorrect about it's evaluation. I'll be deleting the app and not using it in the future.
So simple, clear and easy to use. The perfect way to track, book and travel. I will use again and again.
I've used Hopper in the past and had few to no issues. Most recently, on trip from LHR to DXB I specifically paid to have baggage included into the price of my ticket. The receipt that I was given to hopper also reflected the baggage would be included into my price. Upon arrival at the airport I found that I would be charge for baggage both coming and going in excess of nearly $200 USD. When I filed a complaint with Hopper support team I was told that I would be compensated for only one leg of my travel and not round-trip. I have reached out over four times and no one has confirmed that I will be repaid the full amount I was charged by the airline and Hoppers error. I was also told that the app has kinks and it's not a perfect science. Ordinarily, I would not be so particular however when my money is involved I expect more prompt and efficient action. I would not use or recommend, and I will be filing a complaint against Hopper with the BBB.

Everyone hates the stress of buying airline tix and wondering if it's the *best* price !!! Hopper took away all my stress! Thank you Hopper. This is quickly becoming my fav app!
It's very frustrating when you can't call a service center for any support. Just have to text a robot and wait hours for a reply. This isn't ideal at all during an emergency or natural disaster like what I'm experiencing right now.
It seems this app is getting less and less reliable and far less useful. Often when looking at flights (I fly almost monthly) the prices aren't consistent with the flights and the color coded dates don't reflect the underlying prices.
Today's search is a prime example. Searching one way flight, Seattle to Cairo. Across the top prices were all in the $600's, but no matter what I selected - green, orange or red dates, the prices were ALL $760. Neither the top pricing range nor the color codes were accurate. Switching to Google Flights from now on.
Charged me $200 more than my receipt shows. Rip off
Hopper gives you option to freeze price on flight. I paid 15 dollars to hold prices for 3 flights . My card was charged but it says "error"every time i try to finish the booking. 48 hours is almost up and they are going to take my money because of statue of limitations. This app doesn't even allow you to contact support by phone .
It's been over 2 billing cycles, still no refund like they claimed. Guess I'll have to make some phone calls.

I seriously use this app for every flight that I book! It's so helpful to get notifications telling me that prices have dropped and that I should book now. Without hopper, I'd have no way to track the prices and would pay WAY more than I need to!
Answer: File a claim with your bank. They charged me An additional 2 nights after hopper said they would refund my money. Instead they went without my consent n charged me an additional 2 nights. I was robbed for a total of 3 nights. Without being able to contact any support. A total Scam!
Answer: No they are about polar opposite of trustworthy. Run don't walk away from this company. My lesson cost $1435 dollars. If you require customer service look elsewhere they have none. Not even a phone number which is the first red flag.
Answer: There is no customer service, no phone number and no one will address your concerns on social media, or through their app.
Answer: DO NOT TRUST THIS APP WHAT SO EVER! They booked 3 nights after I was waiting for my refund. TOTAL SCAM!
