I've used Hopper for several flights both domestic and international. Hands down the best price finds and predictor I've used. No issues with booking and I've enjoyed massively discounted flights thanks to this app. However, their customer service needs a boost-you can ONLY contact them via online, a phone number doesn't exist. Sometimes the delay of response is hours-not ideal when you have a pressing issue. While we have had to change a flight 24hrs before take off, and it was fixed, it was a total pain since what could have been fixed in 10mins on the phone took 10 hours via "IM" on their app. It's 2019 Hopper, millennials still appreciate a phone conversation!
Customer service on the app is lacking and that is unfortunate when there are situations that are time sensitive.

Just downloaded the app and checked round trip flights from GSO to DEN for a spring trip.
American, United and Spirit flights were listed but no Delta flights. Delta is GSO's first or second biggest carrier, by passenger volume, and my carrier of choice.
Why no Delta flights? Are their prices that far out of line compared to their competition?
While the app is awesome and helpful for finding cheap flights, it's impossible to get customer service. I had a problem booking a flight and there was literally no one I can call to try to figure out what's happening. I just have to wait for the pending charges on my bank account with no booking confirmation and hope it goes through because there's no one to talk to, to figure out what's going on. Also they charged me $21 and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to get that back.
I love Hopper! Best predictive app for booking the best rates of travel and trying to outsmart the airlines who are trying to extract the highest fares based on when you book.

I have used hopper many times now and I can't believe how good my experience has been. Finding flights, booking flights, flying. It has been so easy and such a great tool! I love Hopper!!

Updated the app and now it says connection error over and over. It's not my connection because I can use other apps just fine.
Ease of booking was great, but if flights change, Hopper doesn't update your itinerary which defeats the point of having all plans in one place. Fix it. Addendum 12/3: all ticketless Airlines do not update in Hopper.
Have used this app with great ease & savings in the past. However , after one national news report, the site was slow to respond for a few hours. Once capacity is increased, it will be perfect.
Always give me what I'm expecting above price, always predict good fares.
