I like the app, but it just spins and spins trying to pull up data and I'm on a very high speed wi-fi signal at over 40 MBPS.
Pretty good on info in listings but needs options to search by sq feet, year built, ect. Plus why can I only star so many homes?
A fun app but not very accurate with house values. Still enjoyable.
It's good but still needs work. I live in Maryland the eastern shore and there are areas that don't work. Such as Rehoboth dE and the st michaels md waterfront. In Alabama and it's working quite nicely. Pretty neat.
With the new update, when I click on the listing, all of the pictures are really small. I thought this was a setting I could change but I have not found a fix. Please fix overview pic sizes.
Nice way to view listings; however it freezes up after most searches.
Nice app overall with brilliant pics/opts/etc but i sign in with FB opt and less than 2-mins it freezes and nothing loads, wont load listing info, cant click favorite: nothing :-\",Freezes,Nice app overall with brilliant pics/opts/etc but i sign in with FB opt and less than 2-mins it freezes and nothing loads
Need to show pending, active option, kick-out, etc.
Nice app. Not all homes are found but when it works it is neat
I used to LOVE this app and would use it several times a day. However, just recently it changed and will not allow me to see the homes for sale or under contract in my neighborhood anymore. They suddenly won't show, and a house acrid the street is for sale!!!! I have tried to change the filters and nothing changes!! Frustrated
This app worked great for me at first, but now it is being very glitchy, and there haven't been any recent updates leading me to believe the developers have put this app in the backseat. When the app freezes up, I can usually shut down and restart the app and it will pick up where I left off and work properly. But it won't allow me to save any new properties to my favorites list so I can keep an eye on them.
Great format, froze within 5 mins every time. Doesn't have anyway of searching for keywords i.e. 3 car garage, waterfront. Not for me sorry.
I love this!!!! I wish it had an option for real estate investors. And for some reason it would not let me snap the pic of the house we bought last year and are selling it this year. I figured for sure it would be on there bc it was built in 2013. It looks as though they got the information for this app around about that time bc of the Ariel view of my house and it was still under construction . I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see an option for investors also.
I love all the features of Homesnap, but I find it difficult to use because many of the properties are not properly mapped. When I take a photo of a property with my iPhone, it often cannot find the property because the GPS location doesn't match the map location. It should allow me to select the correct property, but often does not give me that option. I've wasted too much time taking photos of homes for sale and then can't match them with the actual property.
When looking at the information your site has on my home, I find the details of my home being incorrect and smaller.
Most disturbing is after sending your site the correct information and details of my home two different times, no corrects have been done.
Your information falsely represents my home and it's true market value. I ca only wonder how many other homes are being misrepresented by your site.
Whereby your competition Zillow has the correct information and more realistic estimated values.
This is an excellent app but since upgrading to ver. 4, the app always shows a notification on the messages tab. I've tried everything to get rid of it including deleting the app and reinstalling. Fix this and this is a 5 star app.
I use it as a real estate agent. It is tied to our local MLS. There is a lot of good. Easy searching, good mapping, user friendly layout.
The most obvious flaw is a lack of ability to pull up a listing when searching by ONLY street name. It won't work, which baffles me. You must have the EXACT street number to be able to pull up a listing. This is a daily frustration - a client says, "what about that listing on Caldwell Ln.?" When I type in "Caldwell, Homesnap thinks it's smart to take me to ALL listings in Caldwell, TX, despite the fact that I only work in Nashville, TN. This is a serious flaw.
The other major concern is the lack of ability to customize what is sent to our clients. I'm not sure who writes the emails or who calculates the stats, but they are really bad. It's fear mongering at its best (or rather worst).
The ability to see agents' production and where they sell is fantastic, but it would be helpful if those stats could be expanded (adding total volume, and also limiting it to the last 12 months of desired - the only option is 24 months back).
Confusing App. App sent a email out to my entire phone book contact list. Clients are not being linked back to me according to one of my clients. Not sure how to send clients weekly updates.
No place to specify you want pet friendly places or many other specifications. Just basic stuff.
A few key missing features it feels like I end up using other services to find properties and then cross referencing with this app instead of doing primary searches here.
Need to be able to search for properties by street name.
Need a filter for land/lot size.
Need a filter for house square footage.
When adding an open house to the calendar the times of the open house don't carry over and then I have to go back and find the times and edit the event.
Answer: DECEPTIVE. They pray on REALTORS and steal from their accounts.
Answer: None that I can think of. All I know is Zillow rips you off and sells your hard-earned leads to the highest bidder.
Answer: Their customer service is amazing! Very easy to reach and troubleshoot.
