I'm giving this app 2.5 stars. My realtor referred me to this app. It does have listings faster than other apps and accurately reflects whether or not they are still available. However, in order for this app to get 5 stars it needs several improvements. First- I should be able to see my starred homes in a separate favorites list. Only allowing 3 zip codes to be favorites is ludicrous. We should be allowed to enter at least 10. I live in an area where one town can have 7 zip codes. The zipcode limit makes using this app's news feature useless. Additionally not being able to search by square feet is incredibly frustrating. If these two issues were addressed and the interface was made less clunky, this app would deserve 5 stars. As it is now it's a 2.5 at best.
The app in general is good. Far better than others but it needs more filter options and a radius from point search or multiple zip code search option... For starters
I'd love to see a feature where you could change the color of pins after looking at them. For example, if I could change the ones I'm not interested in to red, then I wouldn't look at them over and over by mistake.
The app is ok. There's still work needing to be done. Some of my sales and listings are missing(two year/24 month period) or incorrect. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who noticed.
I liked the app for the most part and I think it's a great tool that serves a purpose in the real estate community. My concern is that it wouldn't take pics/ download information for half of the properties I tested it out on. At this point I'm not sure why. I'll keep playing with it to see if the outcome changes.
Would be much better if we could put clients in categories.....those who have signed in those who have not....broke down further to active, passive, under contract closed.

The site is up to date but it really needs a way for buyers to see their star favorites plotted on the map. It is frustrating to have to figure out which green point is one you looked at already. Needs someone to work on user friendliness.

I've tried this app for several houses I'm familiar with and have been very impressed with its accuracy. I can't wait to be house hunting again so I can reap the full benefits. In the meantime, I'll have fun with it and appease my curiosity wherever I go!
Excellent for me as home buyer. Wish I could search under a zip code where I will soon be moving rather than having to be on location. Good service though
It MAY not be correct in some instances, but after a few updates I'm sure they will work out the bugs. I personally haven't come across anything that's been wrong but from reading other people's comments I've seen they're may be problems with pricing houses correctly. OH WELL!! Its STILL, by FAR a super fun APP. It priced my home correctly.....and I love looking at other peoples snapshots :)
Since I've lived in California all my life, it's interesting to see how much the houses are, for instance, on the beaches and he mountains. Still, they will always be out of my price range, but it's fun to dream ;)

Amazed at how quick and easy the info popped up after taking the pic. Took a pic of my own house and it gave perfectly accurate data!!
I've learned more about my neighborhood in 5 minutes with HomeSnap than I have in the 5 years I lived here.
