Took over a week to run an ad that produced zero results - ZERO. Cost $300, not even a fake lead. They are a scam... their technology is a credit card processor machine, Its used to process your payment. I saved all my email correspondence which turned into 1 way communication, they just stopped replying. I file a credit card claim and sent my correspondence emails as evidence of their fraud.

DO NOT GIVE HOMESNAP YOUR CREDIT CARD! They will repeatedly charge your account and they will not credit or reverse the charges. This business is a scam! They lure you on the promise of leads. The leads they sent me were all useless. The last one I got had a bogus email address. PLEASE... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Do not give them your credit card.

Don't understand other reviews - Homesnap brings me more leads, reviews and business than anyone else I have ever used. I have been using their marketing for two years and half the people in my office do too. Best app by far.

Customer Support
February 24, 2020

Tried to cancel my Pro account. Called the *******622 number for serval days never was able to reach a representative. Sent an email requesting my account to be canceled to *******@homesnap.com.
Never got a response. Their auto renew process is unforgiving if you miss your notice.

They are not what they are advertising. They lure you with great graphics in. They charge your card for one year, non-refundable. And then they take over the ownership of your google page. But everything you though they are going to do or you get with your Homesnap Pro account, is going to cost you extra. They never answer their calls, You have to leave a message and next day get one on the phone. I am super unhappy and will not recommend them to any realtor.

Reach out to Homesnap to ask why these charges occurred on my credit card, they said that I auto enrolled in their advertising by clicking on a credit of $100 for advertising on Google, which I thought was a credit when advertising on google. I had no idea they were setting me up to agree to their auto enrollment! So frustrated with them!
After arguing with them for nearly an hour, they credited my account back the charges! UGGGHHHHHHH!

Just saw an outrageous $599 charge on my credit card. I was outraged! I called customer service and they gave me a song and dance about how "I signed up for it last year". This company is crooked in every sense of the word. This company is a scam. Don't waste a penny of your hard earned money on this company!

Illegal Hacking!
January 16, 2020

They are trying to illegally hack into my Google biz acct and who knows what else? They have tried to take over my Google biz acct. I have informed Google they are illegally trying to gain access of the acct and take it over. I hope they aren't able to successfully hack into any of my websites, because they are actively trying. And, I hope they don't gain access to my biz Google acct, that will be a nightmare.

These is robbery, scam, when you get a hold of someone they say they did not give out that phone number and they were contact by 49 other agents, so whatever you are paying for they are giving out to many agents. Phone numbers do not work, wont even go to voicemail, emails are bad. I wish I read these reviews first and I would have saved $1500. I will be deleting everything to do with homesnap, even their app is nothing special.

Homesnap keeps your credit card on file. For their renewals, they send out emails! I receive over 500 emails daily, so missing their e-mail was obvious. Because I did not get the email, Homesnap decided they have the right to take my money without my authorization. When I called customer service, Wilber's reply was, "sorry it was already processed." I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT. WHY MAKE ME PAY FOR IT. This is crooked. I will be sure to pass this along to every real estate agent I know!

Buyer beware! If you use Homesnap and give them a credit card you will charged for products that you might not be aware that you even bought. THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU TO MAKE IT RIGHT! I was told that I signed up for something that did not. AGAIN, THEY WILL NOT EVEN TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER IN GOOD FAITH. DO NOT USE THEM.

Advertising RIP OFF
February 6, 2019

Homesnap Is For Real Estate professionals and they advertise listings through 4 platforms. In November we signed up, my wife had a new listing we spent approximately 1000. 00 and had no results.
I'm not upset about the no results, not all advertising is 100% effective. What I am upset about my wife had a new listing and they automatically without our permission charged our credit card and started doing a new advertising campaign on a new listing without our permission. When I contacted the company they refused to give us a refund and for that reason alone I would stay away from companies that rip the consumer off like HOMESNAP. This is obviously a huge complaint for homesnap because when they sent me a customer satisfaction survey and asked me why I was canceling the first complaint listed to choose from was automatic advertising. Renewals so they already know this is a huge issue. To automatically advertise a future listing without the approval of the agent and fall back on an agreement that was signed the year before is false and deceptive trade practices. The gentleman that called me from Homesnap refuse to issue a refund so now I'm going to have to deal with my credit card company on a dispute. I would recommend any real estate professional save your money and stick with MLS homesnap was ineffective.
