I don't review much, but homesnap deserves some recognition. I'm a leasing manager so I knew it'd be close to impossible to find reasonable rent in my area. Been sifting thru listings for months to no avail. On other sites my searchs came up empty for rentals under $900. I tried Zillow, trulia, rent.com, zumper- every site you can think of. Tried homesnap today & to my surprise I found hundreds of listings that not only fit my price range, but quality-wise they over exceeded my expectations! None of them were listed anywhere else I had searched either. With so many options now, I'm confident I'll get into a place I love which is a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Thank you homesnap!

I highly recommend Ms. Christina Thomas of Long & Foster! She is very attentive and highly knowledgeable when it comes to real estate law, home purchase agreements and documents. As a first time home buyer, the complete transaction is a little overwhelming. You will more than likely need an attorney who can guide you on legal issues that may arise. So the future of all business is in question, banks are deferring payments, loans are deferring payments, people are just so nervous about the future and look to our partners and vendors for support. But don't think you will get any kindness from Homesnap, they charged my credit card TODAY for an auto renewal, they sent me a notice however, the notice of renewal was BURIED AT THE BOTTOM OF A LENGTHY EMAIL THAT LOOKED LIKE MARKETING TO ME. I immediately emailed them to cancel and stop payment, I called and left a message with the same comment. I got a call back and was greeted with smug, snarky attitude from a representative, I asked that they refund me and cancel my subscription. He said, "It's too late, we already charged the card" - I can refund $300 though! For ZERO SERVICE! Will not be using this company ever again - and by the way THEY HAVE AN "F" rating with BBB... I should have done more research before i signed on with them. Shame on you gauging the people who are struggling in this pandemic.

Homesnap has charged my account for the last two years without my consent or authorization as I do not have a HomeSnap Pro account established nor have I never established an account with HomeSnap Pro. March 6,2020 HomeSnap charged a credit card for $599. I do not have an account with this online service. I have contacted HomeSnap several times to refund the $599. The claim from HomeSnap is that I paid for a Pro account last year for $299, I did not to by my knowledge. However, I did look at my credit card statement and saw the charge. I will assume responsibility for not being more diligent on last year's charge. In communicating several times with the customer representatives, a resolution has not been offered.
