Great Product
May 22, 2020

I'm seriously surprised to hear the negative reviews. Customer service has always been top notch. It seems like they come out with a new feature that I love every few months. Yes, the app costs money if you want super easy advertising, but they are really upfront about what the costs are. Overall the costs are very reasonable and completely worth it. They are always on top of their game and ahead of all the other real estate apps I've used.

Best agent tool out there. Really liking the new heat maps, flashback photos, and stories. And my clients love seeing the reports I send them to show the impressions and clicks we're seeing from the advertising I'm doing on their home.

Awesome App
May 22, 2020

Super helpful app used for searching for homes. I love how you can use it even if you're not an agent. I'm in the process of buying my first home. The app helps provide a ton of information to help streamline this decision for me.

Homesnap is hands down the only company that is designed with realtors best interest in mind. There are so many awesome agent tools available to make lives so much easier. From reports, to lead generation, to building a strong presence on Google, Homesnap can help you do it all.

This company hides important info such ads will run automatically unless you stop them. The renewal notice is hidden at the bottom of lenghty email about what they have done for the consumer. They refuse to refund my money. Check the many complaints against Homesnap on the BBB.

This tool is so cool. Agents get free access to a great search platform which gives you way more details (included consumer contact info) than any other platform out there. I use Homesnap every day.

Very disappointed with Homesnap's ad campaign. I tried a market reach Facebook ad and The lead generation response and results were subpar. When I tried to cancel the ad for the second month - they make it impossible! Nowhere on the dashboard is a button to cancel. Upon emailing the request to immediately cancel the rep did not honor my request and I am still being billed for the ad! They try to lock you in for the subscription almost being operated like a scam! **Buyer beware** Futher - When you pay for an ad they will not email you an invoice nor a copy of the terms of the agreement. Their customer service is reprehensible.

I used Homesnap for several ad campaigns with no results. They later charged $168 bill for a campaign advertising a home I "sold" (worthless). I called Homesnap and instructed the representative to cancel the order, and refund the $168. He assured me that my account was set to no longer have ad campaigns without my approval. I asked the rep to remove my credit card information from their database. Eight months later, I received a bill for $168 charge. Homesnap had switched my account back to automatic ad campaigns and kept my credit card information. Their Rep (Imir) insisted that another rep (Matt) said I hadn't changed the status of my account. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company and reported Homesnap to the Federal Trade Commission for keeping my credit card on file, and keeping my account open, against my will. This company is FRAUDULENT. I hope someone shuts them down. AB, Realtor

Very unprofessional
April 16, 2020

I email someone about an apt to see. Asking if the apt in jersey city that was for rent takes section 8. That was all that was said in the email. Maida negron emails me back very rudely saying No I'm sorry. Owners live there and they want a person that's employed "

So because I have section 8 I'm unemployed? I actually have 2 job! This msg was very unprofessional. I would never use this company services again

This is definitely a scam company! They claim to send you a renewal notice for but the entire email, which is one of hundreds they send, it says nothing about charging you $599 to renew, which they automatically do without any other notification! I have never received a single lead from them just proof Ads that would cost me more money to run! I have requested my money back as I find their service useless to me and find their renewal practices to be in violation of the Fair Trade business act. I will be reporting them to the FTC and BBB.

What a waste of money, I got zero response from the public on the adds the only ones to benefit was Homesnap! Canceled my Homesnap subscription today! Save your money...

Homesnap has been charging my credit card for ads I didn't authorize and I could not find how to stop the ads on the website or the app. When emailing support, I didn't receive a response for days and when I did get a response they didn't work with me to resolve the situation.

I would stay far away from this company and avoid providing them your credit card info unless someone explains what they do. It was very confusing to me and even after customer service tried to explain it to me, I didn't understand how they felt it was ok to charge my card over $1,000 without my authorization.

Agents, avoid ordering any ads from Homesnap! Stay away from this company. They are a scam. They will trick you and charge your credit card without your permission claiming that you needed to check off "a box" on one of their 1000 emails not to be automatically subscribed to auto-renewal on each new property you list. I contacted them to reverse the charges and they refused. Beware! Homesnap webpage
And application Don't even have an option to cancel the campaign or charges neither a way to remove the credit card on file. Their effectiveness is also questionable. I never received a lead from them!

Apparently I authorized a $600 charge on my card. When I spoke to the representative from Homesnap I was told that event hough I had not intended for that charge to be made I would still be charged the $600 for a yearly membership that I never sign up to renew and I don't want. Homesnap webpage and application won't even allow me to remove my credit card on file. Once they have your credit card on file they will take you for a ride.
It is terrible and it's a shame that huge companies like Homesnap are allowed to do this.

Homesnap is a scam!
March 20, 2020

Stay away from this company. The adds are bogus and the leads are none existent. They charged me over $250 for one property. Did it when it was active and when it closed. When I tried to cancel they charged me again. This is during the covid outbreak when other companies are helping. No shame at all! The customer service reps are rude! Don't waste your time and money!
