I love the concept, but it keeps giving me different addresses
I cannot seem to look for a specific listing via address. I'm not in the area and want to look it up and would have to refine a search of California and scroll through pages off stings.
Crashes!! I love Homesnap except that almost EVERY TIME I am in the midst of doing my research, it closes out of the app! This is the only home app on my iPad that does this. I use Redfin, which is also a good app. (Doesn't have as many specs on a home), but at least I don't get shut out of my searches!
Coolnapp when I can figure out how to use it. Not sure how accurate it is on price but other info seems legit
I like the quick quote of info about house
What an awesome app to do reviews on.
This is more accurate than Zillow, but the property values are still off. Houses that are poorly maintained show high and vice-versa. Does have the pictures of the houses ( nice), but the GPS accuracy seems a tad "off".
I like being able to quickly see the homes at my exact location.
Good app..not always exactly accurate but right mostly
love it but it takes a ling time to load sometimes
I like the app, but some of the functionality does not flow smoothly. When viewing pictures full size you must close each one to view the next. It would be easier to scroll left and right or up and down.
Can't seem to set search perimeters for home, i.e. waterfront, bedrooms, etc. what am I doing wrong? Thanks
Great app conceptual. But the comp engine needs to be refined. I live in jersey city and they keep using comps from the Bronx to justify prices. Totally different market to be used.
Other than this I like everything else about the app
I am having trouble, I tried 4 snaps just now am it only took one, none of the addresses were listed.
I would like to give them a 5 STAR but as a home owner, I found incorrect number of bedrooms listed by this app for my home. I contacted them twice within the last 6 weeks to correct this but still is not correct.
Great information... would be much better if current sold properties is also available...
I downloaded the app tried it out the search works fine but when you take a picture of a property they give you the wrong address and so the price is not for that property the address is not rite either!
I don't know why this app has great reviews. It's not bad, but it's not all that great either.
I have just started using this app and so far so good!
It's fabulous! They give you instant information that is so very helpful,
Thank you so very much!
S.E.Y.
I'm a real estate broker. It's a great concept, and I use the app (or try to anyway,) but it doesn't work very well in my area (SE Louisiana.) I try to snap all the homes I tour so I will show up as the local expert for buyers. But probably a third of the homes do not show up in their database, and probably another third of them are in the wrong block. So I have to snap the home, and then drive down the street in order to select the correct address from the list. It all makes for a rather frustrating experience. How well it works evidently depends upon where you live!
Answer: DECEPTIVE. They pray on REALTORS and steal from their accounts.
Answer: None that I can think of. All I know is Zillow rips you off and sells your hard-earned leads to the highest bidder.
Answer: Their customer service is amazing! Very easy to reach and troubleshoot.
