Not very accurate info for the area. Where is the data extracted from?
This app is for entertainment. Fun but doesn't seem accurate. It gave me wrong info on my own house. If it had a "search" it would be 4 stars. 5 if it was more accurate with search feature. But fun to use;)
It's a great app but I wish you could upload a picture from your gallery as well as just snapping a picture. For me that would be 10 times better!
This ap seems to have a few problems with GPS accuracy. I took a number of pictures, but the response was off by 2 to 10 homes away. A few homes, however, we're spot on. Will keep working with it, but it's somewhat frustrating.
Good for general price reference however value seemed to be based on tax value of house ,, of which 2 houses next to each other may not reflect true price because of physical differences ,, the house that was well maintained and improved will be the same price as the house next door that was not maintained at all
Lots of info, quick, super helpful for potential of what is offered. The only reason I give it less then five stars is it is not always the most up to date info.
The technology is great! Truly something I haven't seen yet. The data hasn't been accurate for any snaps I've made so this app is more of a gateway to another more informational source.
It has nothing to do with the picture u snap. The app just does a search for the location you snapped your phone pic. And it does an info search based on that location. Try snapping a pic without your location services on. Still a cool way to get instant info on a home when you see it.
The search function doesn't allow you to type in the name of a development. When I typed in the name of a development and the city and state I was led to results for the entire state.
Lacks sufficient accuracy. More consecutive number needed AND numbers opposite suggested number.
The last home I pulled up had incorrect number of baths, fireplaces, tax amount and was way off on the value.
Fix the crashing and you have a five star app. Crashed 5-6 times in the half hour I've been using it.
This app needs to be updated. A third of my town was taken out by a tornado that hit it in 2011. When I did a search of my neighborhood all of new housing that is being built is not there. It shows pictures of neighborhoods that are gone.
Why can't I see the neighborhood anymore when I type in an address? I used to be able to do that. Change it back!!!
This app has some potential, but it populated RE taxes at $22K when in fact they're $8K. Also, the GPS demarcation line around the property is our neighbor's property and not ours. I've contacted the developer twice over a period of a week or more to report the data errors. The errors continue to remain and the developers apparently are choosing to NOT make any changes.
App incorrectly states wrong info about house features. The home has always had two baths and it states 1 1/2 bath. Plus, other missing info.
Great App only downside is it crashes way too much which makes me not want to use it anymore.
It doesn't work for new construction. Snapped 3 homes, on 2 the app said they didn't exist and on the 3rd it listed it as a condo for $1500. I'm going to try it with a different neighborhood.
This is helping me find houses to get my city and county taxes down
App will work until I zoom in too far then the window goes black and app closes.
Answer: DECEPTIVE. They pray on REALTORS and steal from their accounts.
Answer: None that I can think of. All I know is Zillow rips you off and sells your hard-earned leads to the highest bidder.
Answer: Their customer service is amazing! Very easy to reach and troubleshoot.
