I would like to see you add an "Enter an address" ability. What if I'm not physically at a location? The Spy mode doesn't do me any good in that case. And what if the home I want to snap is in another state? I'm out of luck at this point. So let me enter in an address which solves that problem! Otherwise, this is a good app!

First it keeps telling me to hold the iPhone upright. That picture feature doesn't work for me. You then have to use stealth mode. Estimates are too high by 500k to over 1mm. 5 to 10 times actual. it gets the location and address right though.
The database being used is wrong or nonexistent.
This is a great idea and kudos for coming up with the idea. I'll keep it on the phone in case the kinks get worked out.

I just downloaded the app and immediately snapped a picture of my house and got the value. It worked well and I thought great, it will be a good tool. However, when I forwarded the link to a family member the linked showed a different higher value by $8k Don't know which to believe. App needs tweaking!

Bugs haven't been worked out. Took a photo of my house from my front yard and the address was for a house down the street. Mkt value doesn't match current market values. Great idea just needs a bit of tweaking to meet expectations.

Ok takes picture ok. Gives wrong address more often then the right address.

Neat app and fun to use but values are way off. Square footage and bedrooms are accurate though.

This rating would improve if on the photo stream we could put a state, city, radius to search homes.

This doesn't work well for condos, at least here in FL. It won't give you exact unit even with unit number in pic and I found inaccuracies in info such as in number of floors in unit.

Of all the homes I brought up, all of them only had one bath. Taxes were wrong, no hx information on about 80% of the apps, no school information on about 50% of the apps. It's a great concept just needs some work.

Had trouble getting back to home page & had to re-register. Had logged out when it happened. Otherwise I've had good luck with it.

Couldn't figure out if we can search by address. Need to be updated with lical property appraisers & county tax records

This app is entertaining but don t really expect to get real evaluations. It uses the zip and then goes by the realty price or latest listing price. Not really what the home is worth.

At first i was really amazed with what this app can do... But later doesn't give the right assessment... But then it helps me a bit...

It tells a lot if information, but not by picture. It tells it by GPS location. And is sometimes off. Remember the house and street number when looking houses up. And Zillow does the same thing.

When you are in the market for a new house, this is a helpful tool.

Wonderful app. U can get all the details without the hassle of a real estate agent. Very easy to use.

Home snap is a fun little tool to get a ball park idea of what homes in a neighborhood go for. The problem I have is that I live in somewhat of a rural area where the benefits of the Internet are not fully utilized. Since home snap relies on Internet listings for information, it is counter productive if the real estate agents do not post the mls information online.
