Unable to set security alarm when meeting appt. at a coffee shop etc., only when showing property.
Quick search is ok, I really dont use this app much. It's average at best, needs work and more options.
This site has so much wrong information on houses. Who is in charge needs to better researching these houses making sure everything is correct.
Unable search my office listings Only! Client portal is ok. The App is average and not very agent friendly
I would like to be able to choose which area/ home type/ price range etc I see on the news section - I look at a variety of property but am mostly interested in specific criteria- the news section is now littered with property I have no real interest in...a bit more flexibility would make this app far more useful!
When I try to put new zip codes in my iPhone, the text box won't move so I can push the add button. Very frustrating...
I am a realtor and regularly test new apps for clients. The interface here is almost good. The search default is difficult to override. Text feature will be useful once I can attract a customer into the platform. Otherwise it is duplicative. As for the quality of the data, I do not know how they estimate rentals as they are too high and misleading. I cannot use this to research investments as I don't find it reliable.
It has some nice features like it shows the property line.
The MAJOR negative is that the search capability it VERY weak compared to others. It would be nice to be able to have a more robust search tool. Search tools that search for unique or specific words or choices in the description section.
I am looking for an apartment or townhome in Cedar Park or around Rock. You only showed me one 3Bd 2 Bath larger place. I just need a one or at most 2 Bd 1 Bath.
We haven finding rentals on this app for weeks after already being rented!
I am Real Estate agent that has been using your app faithfully but recently since changing things with your Homesnap pro I strongly dislike it. I can get to listing info quicker using Realtor.com now
Realtors slow to respond to messages. Most houses already in contingent status by the time they are listed. Worse than Zillow and Trulia. Only difference is houses are not yet sold by the time you see them
A number of homes in my neighborhood have been updated and resold since this I downloaded this app years ago. The picture of my house shows mainly my driveway with cars I have not owned in years. The values of the homes don't represent what the homes are selling for.
This app does not give a list option and when I try to view the map on my iPhone 8+, it gives me this ANNOYING flashing screen that tells me to pinch the map to view homes -- but it covers the map and the listings! Useless. Uninstalled.
You should be able to use more than three zip codes. In addition, if you could organize listings to save, delete, or interested in would be great.
Only able to select an area within a radius, one zip code, or a subdivision. Unable to select a group of specific zip codes or draw a map to find homes in a larger area within a city. Must create several searches in separate zip codes or subdivisions instead.
Nobody ever responds to messages sent on this app.
When sending properties from this app to clients they can not see the properties. Not useful tool for me to share things with my clients.
There needs to be an option for wheelchair or handicap access
This app is really nice and helpful with current statuses but the MOST NEEDED
OPTION is to hide or mark houses as not interested or hide so we don't have to keep viewing houses that we have no interest in. VEEY annoying
Shows my neighbors hours price correctly but shows my $300,000 home listed for $43,000.
Answer: DECEPTIVE. They pray on REALTORS and steal from their accounts.
Answer: None that I can think of. All I know is Zillow rips you off and sells your hard-earned leads to the highest bidder.
Answer: Their customer service is amazing! Very easy to reach and troubleshoot.
