HomeSnap Screwed me
October 23, 2021

HomeSnap auto-renews my subscription then I spend weeks and weeks trying to get the charge removed. HomeSnap may work for some agents but it does not work for my specialty niche real estate company. I have told them that when i can get in touch with them but this time they are not reachable by phone and they do not return my emails. If it takes a lawsuit to get them to stop I am ready. I am fed up with this constant misuse of my funds. I hope someone sends this review to them.

Today they charged me $599 to which I had to dispute and cancel my card in order to keep them from doing this to me. I have been trying to reach Homesnap as they continue to steal from my account. I have sat on the phone for hours for many days. I have emailed. No response. Do not fall prey to these predators.

I signed a six-month contract with Homesnap concierge at a cost of $3300. After four months into the contract I have only received 3 hot leads which one of those leads was my personal phone number and the other two hot leads were unemployed and could not qualify for mortgage and have no money to purchase a home. This lead service is terrible. There were several other leads that came out with auto reply that they would be working on my behalf in order to qualify those leads however nothing came of them. I have called to support management several times foe help without any progress.
Real estate agents and brokers be careful of this Homesnap company. I wish I would've never wasted my time and money. Lesson learned buyer beware.

Homesnap is really the best place to visit when you want to buy or sell your home.
I had a wonderful experience working with one of the agents, Priscilla Chukwueke.
She rendered exceptional services to me, she responded quickly when needed.
I will recommend her anytime or any day. She's so amazing!
Keep up the good work Priscilla!

This company fraudulently charged my account without permission and forced me to listen to a sales pitch to have my funds returned. It is outrageous.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear that you feel that way. Here at Homesnap, we always strive to provide the best experience possible for our agent partners, which is why we offer any agent who is interested in our products the ability to review our terms and conditions prior to purchase and inform them if they are signing up anything that auto-renews. That being said, we hope that you will continue using the free version of our app and please reach out to our support team if there is anything further we can assist you with.

This is a FRAUD!
I joined this Leads Program in January 2021, for 6 months I paid $2,905 up front, they promised that I will receive 3 to 4 "HOT LEADS" per months. I received 3 leads in January, 2 in February and nothing this month, March. The leads that I received was for renters, I talked to one of them and they were asking for Section 8. I explained to the Costumer Success Manager Andrea Nickel several times that This program is not working for me because I don't do Rental, and I ask for my money back.
She said that I can't get my money back, I tried to call her and I emailed her 3 times. She is ignoring my emails and phone calls, She is suppose to be the "Costumer Success Manager" and take care, of course she doesn't care because I paid her in full.
This is a terrible experience, this is wasting money and time, DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY THIS IS A FRAUD!.
If They promise you will l receive good leads, RUN AWAY, They are lying!

SCAM! TERRIBLE!
March 7, 2021

They charge you without your authorization, then when you try to contact someone about it no one responds for a while. Once they did respond, they said that there was nothing that they could do about it... Complete fraud. This app is completely useless and definetely not worth $599. Please STAY AWAY from HomeSnap!

Scam alert/ Agent Beware.
February 15, 2021

Not easy to cancel with this company. No cancellation buttons on App or website. The Company Charges your card for every new listing and sold listing without permission. Major hoops to cancel and ultimately it was easier to cancel my card with the bank. One positive aspect is A lot of leads did come through with numbers and emails. Unfortunately, all the leads did not bear any fruit.

After a year of not using the service- I let it time out.
Started getting emails that the card I had last used with them (I had cancelled months earlier due to fraudulent activity) Was being charged by Homesnap. And obviously bouncing. Weeks straight I got emails saying they were trying to charge all kinds of different amounts.

Today on a different card linked to the same capital one account they charged a random fee. Im sure they were hoping I wouldn't notice but I did.
I called. Had the hardest time getting a person. Finally transferred to someone who blamed their payment processor stripe.
Super frustrated.

Stay far away from this company all they want to do is charge your credit card $599 and they do not supply any leads. They will automatically charge you for the following year when you try to get a refund all they do is give you a runaround.

I tried Homesnap for a year and never sign up for a renewal. Today I've noticed a charge of $599.00 on my credit card coming from Homesnap. I reached out to them immediately asking about these charges, they answer was that is "an automated subscription" and its renewing every year. I never authorized them to put me on a continuous Subscription which they did! I cancelled the service immediately. They offered only $100 refund even do renewal was made just 3 days ago. Very very displeased with the service. They keep charging you and renewing your subscription without your permission. Watch out its a a rip-off!

SPAM leads coming in by the dozens possibly fixed
December 28, 2020

SPAM leads coming in by the dozens with First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and email address. However, the lead info is all bogus. For example on lead is Treban Runza with an email of *******@approject.net and a *******144 number which all of these are bogus. Contacted tech support this morning and 6 hours later still receiving spam emails. Updated 12-30-20. This is possibly fixed.

Non-stop Spamming
December 16, 2020

I have unsubscribed from Homesnap over 5 times now and I still get spam from them. I opt out of everything and confirm it. Yet, every week or so, I get another e-mail about something new going on an Homesnap. Just terrible.

If you go to the PRO program they offer you a special but the fine print is a $599 renewal fee even if you have never used the product. When you call them they say, well you should have read the fine print. They talk about being a partner with agents, yeah right.

We hired Florida Suncoast Real Estate, Bradenton, Florida to sell our home. She sent us Homesnap so we could find our next home. Since she failed to sell our home, actually lost the contract without any negotiations, we fired her on September 10,2020. We are still receiving homes though Homesnap even today. Can't be that difficult to remove a buyer, but guess she doesn't care. I certainly would never rehire her or recommend her to anyone. Florida Suncoast Real Estate will not release us from our contract, we refuse to sign a GAG order. The realtor also tried extorting almost $400.00 from us in her charges, which were later reduced.

Scam!
November 10, 2020

Scam artist! Stay away from this company. I want all of the agents and brokers that have been scammed by this company to come together so we can file a class action lawsuit. They need to be put out of business. Companies like this are bad for our industry. Fraudulent billing, misleading and dishonest.

This service is separate from Homesnap Website. It's a lead service that is the "WORST" investment anyone can make. Vahid managed the lead dept. They sent me spanish speaking leads although aware I did not speak spanish. I was told that it would be corrected. It never was. 99.7% of the leads they could not vent but yet still considered them a HOT lead even though they spent 8 days attempting to reach out to potential customer with no response. This is a waste of money. Beware the ads for this Concierge Service states google leads, however, the receipt after payment reads FB & IG. I never received any leads from IG. They were not responsive to my complaints to resolve issues. I had 32 leads which none could be reached. If you are looking for a lead service with real leads Realtor.com lives up to the services offered. You will not get a ROI on this service.

I purchased the Homesnap Pro program which they offered as a special $99 for the first year. I then promoted a property for an ad budget of about $300 which I agreed to do. I looked at my credit card and two weeks later there was a second charge for another $300. When I called they claimed that the Pro program would automatically start advertising my listings and I have to pay for that extra advertising. Not what I planned. They did agree to cancel the program but I'm stuck paying the extra $300.
