Trying not to hold Homes.com accountable for Covid-19, so i wan't say much about the volume other than all the leads have come from 1 of the 3 zip codes i purchased, the quality of the leads have been poor. Most have agents and none of them have engaged at any level - and i follow up with consistency

Vincent is the greatest! He walked me through and got me up and running! I even learned a couple of new things.
Lied to me when I signed up. Said I would get 3-7 leads per zip code so I signed up for 3 zip codes only to get 1 lead in 3 months. He also said he would follow up with me and never did and did t respond back to my emails.
Tim went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. His customer service has been outstanding! During our conversations and emails, Tim has been polite, professional, and was not pushy. This was greatly appreciated, especially during this uncertain time we are going through.
Annie was a great help in explaining the product to me. The last time I was with homes.com, I didn't receive good customer service. My experience was totally different this time with Annie. She was personable and knowledgeable. She gave me advice to help me succeed with homes.com. Please don't change my rep.!

Very misleading. The leads are fake. I had a detailed conversation from a lead that was just texted to me. Her name is Kathryn Palarz *******774. The text message said Great News! This consumer is requesting a real estate agent contact. I called her within 30 seconds of getting this lead. She was surprised I called because she never requested a real estate contact. I started probing into how I was able to get her contact information. She said she did a google search for MLS. She went to a page that was not Homes.com and had to fill out her contact information to get access to search for properties. I was told by the Homes.com Sales rep that people searching on Homes.com would be reaching out to me to inquiry about a property, the same as it works with Zillow or Realtor.com
Still have not heard from my rep. I was advised I would be on every listing of my zip code. N and I have contacted about getting my profile picture change numerous times with no response. And I've gotten one lead, that was bogus.
Cindy has done a good job getting my account situated and my confusion cleared up. She worked with me on solutions to what I wanted and what could actually be done. I appreciate her patience and effort and willingness to work with some more!
Frank, Toni, Damond, Richard and Support/Cassie ALL HAVE PASSED the BUCK. ZERO Customer Service! I cancelled my deal w/Homes.com within five days and all have passed the buck. Simply go into the system click on tab to STOP sending me leadfs and cancel. I am not liable for the charges! MY RATING is minus ZERO STARS
