I can't believe I signed up without checking reviews. I usually do a search with the name of a company and add the word "scam" to see what appears. Every lead that was given to me was never on Homes.com and the consumer did not want to be contacted by anyone. Even though the text message I receive from Homes.com says "GREAT NEWS! The consumer is requesting a real estate agent contact". What Homes.com does is deliver horrible leads from a third party "landing page". How it works is this. For this example, I will use the name, Linda. Linda wants to search for properties, but she isn't aware of Zillow, Trulia or Realtor.com so she does a google search for "MLS Search". The results produce some paid ads with a landing page. The landing page appears to be an MLS search tool but requires the consumer to enter their contact information in order to use the website. Once the consumer adds their contact information. Homes.com sends you the text "Great News! The consumer is requesting a real estate agent contact". This is the SCAM. When you call Linda she is confused and upset you are calling. Homes.com sold me on the idea that a consumer was on Homes.com looking at a property, in my paid zip code and is requesting more information about the home or to schedule a showing. I am fine with that type of lead and would pay a large amount of money for it. But this is not what they provide... The reality is the Homes.com website does not generate enough organic traffic to their site to generate leads so they use trickery to fool consumers to fill out a form on a third-party website and then say they provided you a lead. As of today, Homes.com only gets 131,000 page views a day. Compare this to Zillow at 5.1 Million and Realtor.com at 2.2 Million a day. I will reconsider paying for zip codes once Homes.com starts getting 2-3 million visitors a day so they don't have to use third-party companies to generate fake leads for us...

This company talks a good game stating guarantees and promises continuous support to reel you in, but once they catch you they could care less about you expect taking your money.
What did I receive?... absolutely nothing expect flushing my money down the toilet. My information has been wrong from the start and there has been numerous site issues. I have made consistent calls with either not being able to connect with anyone or they are unable to resolve my issue and will get back with me. The leads which have only been 5, yes you read that right, 5 and out of those 5... was I able to make contact? Only one right number out of the 5. This one contact was of course just browsing and was not serious about purchasing. These 5 leads were to be screened as HOMES.COM stated they would be... that was one of their guarantees. Obviously NOT! What I have paid so far $552.40... for 5 leads that don't exist. I am to pay for one more month $276.20, so that will be a total $828.60 for what? Just take a look at this review and the numerous others that are stating the same... THIS IS A SCAM! I will be filing numerous complaints against HOMES.COM.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!
March 24, 2020

I was called by a sales rep and he indicated that I could get approx. 15-20 leads per month. After 2 months, I had received one lead with a bad number! I have called at least 15 times and occasionally actually speak with someone. They say they will have their supervisor call back. No call ever comes. I asked for them to refund the 3rd month and continued to call. Just received a call from a collection agency! Please please tell everyone you know to run from Homes.com and to tell everyone that they are scam artists taking away our hard earned money. Shame on you Homes.com!

It took me three months to "CANCEL my ACCOUNT" in 2018. In January of 2019 my account was finally cancelled or so I thought! ONLY PART of the account was cancelled! $650 dollars over the last 12 months was charged on my credit card. Shame on me for not catching this sooner, SHAME on Homes.com for NOT CANCELLING my entire account as per my 15 emails and three months of trying. Homes.com selectively cancelled a portion of my account and deceitfully charged for services I did not know I was paying for. Disputing every penny and am beyond upset I was taken advantage of in this way! Stay away, staff does not care, doe not know the their product or services and can not be TRUSTED. Their so called leads are spammed callers/vendors looking for work or fake numbers, not one solid real estate lead resulted from this contract as promised... I paid for SPAM! STAY AWAY, BE WARNED

Thank you for submitting feedback, Renata. We always strive to give our agents the best experience possible, and are sorry to hear that expectations were not met. It looks like you were informed on 1/8/19 that while one of your products was canceled, the other was still active. We regret you didn't find this information helpful, however, we'd love the opportunity to discuss best ways to make this right.

I signed up for three areas for 6 months at $335 a month. After a month and a half I did not receive not even 1 single call or email! I called Homes.com and they want to charge me twice my monthly subscription fee to cancel. It was a horrible experience and hope you do not fall into their scam.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Bruce. We strive for success for all our agents, and do our best to offer solutions to navigate tough "uncontrollables" like market fluctuations, etc. Upon reviewing your account, it appears that a number of these solutions were offered to help address your concerns prior to the opt-in for early cancellation. We regret that these efforts did not meet expectations, but we welcome any additional feedback that would help us serve you and your business.

Homes.com is a total scam! They say You are the only one under certain zip codes and you will receive concierge service and leads. I tried to cancel after 3 less than first month but was told you signed a contract for 3. Still no leads! Now they want to send me to collections. Totally a scam. Don't fall for their lies!

I gave them a try they populate alot on google searches, received crap leads and the customer service is terrible! I kept giving it more time and spending more money, with not even 1 viable lead in 6 months. Your lead gets sent to 2 other agents at the same time, it frustrates clients and then they just wont return a call - not recommended. I'm moving my marketing money to homesnap.

I have been using this site since 2018 and during my time with the company I have made several closings that has led to me having $22,000 extra dollars in my pocket, needless to say my $186.12/mo has paid for itself. I would rather have 4-10 leads a month and several closings then 66 and 1 closing while paying $1,500/mo like I have experienced in the past.

I just wanted to give an update to the previous review that I had given to Homes.com. I did hear from a Homes.com representative to discuses my displeasure with the leads that I was currently receiving. To my supersize Devon took the bull by the horns by working out a solution to my complaint and will also follow up in May before my substitution runs out to see if I am doing any better with the solution she has given to me... I will let everyone know how I am doing with the quality of leads. I must say Homes.com is working to get better at customer service.

I purchased this product in January of 2020 and I must say I have gotten about 48 leads since then... which I would be jumping for joy... however most of the leads over 90% seem to be looking at the same set of homes in the same mobile homes park neighborhood... The homes seem to range from 40-56k and none of these homes are currently on the market anywhere that I can find. The lead concierges service that Homes.com provides (which is an additional monthly fee) has not once ever had any luck contacting these leads... not one of the 48 at this time. Not One!... made contact with one lead and they where not ready to buy and had no money in the bank. Why do I keep getting the same mobile homes park listings which are not on the market in a zip code with the average homes over 225k or more. I have since then tried to switch zip codes to see if I can have better results and the salesman Thomas was suppose to look in to this for me... I have not heard back from him to this day as of Feb 18th 2020. I have since canceled this so called service and I will stick with my Facebook ads... Realtors save your money!

Signed up for three months, after multiple attempts to reach them to correct several issues (#1. They did not even list all my listings) they did nothing. Never received one lead either. Terrible attitude, no one cares or calls back. Trying to cancel but they won't answer, acknowledge emails or anything... UGH. I have never written a review but I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. Absolutely terrible.

Worst $ Ever Spent!
February 27, 2020

Should have just stuffed the money down the garbage disposal. I had one text in 3 months and it was someone who had a question and was not really looking for a house. After telling Homes.com this, they did absolutely nothing for me! They should have given me a few more months or something. No guarantees you will receive one lead. Very disappointing! :(

Misrepresentaiton
February 20, 2020

I have been trying to cancel my account for several weeks. In fact, since the date it went live, I have been attempting to cancel the account for misrepresentation of services from Mona Queriones and Homes.com.
Per Mona Queriones detailed phone conversation AND text message, dated January 30th stating that I will have "100% market share for all buyer and seller leads and exclusive phone leads in ******* and *******". However, that is not the case. In fact, when I log in and click the property (in one of the EXCLUSIVE zip codes), other agents show up. How is that even close to EXCLUSIVE? Report has been filed with BBB and will be filed with FTC, too. DO NOT USE HOMES.COM.

Honestly How?
February 6, 2020

I signed up for this "service" against my better judgment when I was called while I was more focused on cooking dinner for my family. I was not given all the plan options and pitched lofty claims of lead generation. I should have followed my gut and hung up the phone. I figured I'd take a chance. Now 8 days later I called my representative who was rude when I told her I wished to terminate my contract early. She stated I would have to pay the 6 months which is not in my contract. I keep my receipts and contacted support who connected me to the cancellation service. Costumer service is constantly busy. Red flags arise everywhere I give homes.com the benefit of the doubt. Disingenuous recruiters, dismissive lead reps, false leads that are supposed to be filtered, and now hundreds of agents I've found have been having the same issues I've encountered. I'll be taking this to my bank and my attorney if I don't get a response to come up with a solution in 48 hours, Taking money for a service not provided takes money I could be using to provide for my family and will not be tolerated.

*****SCAM ALERT*****
December 3, 2019

Please save your money. In three months so far I have gotten two consumers to click on the ad. One was a renter so I was just told I should really only have one click. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I cancel early and pay the rest of my contract, stay through the end of my contract or let them continue to scam me. The first person there who I emailed that I wanted to cancel did not inform me that I needed to use a certain email to do that and in fact never responded back to me.
