We had a fantastic experience with HomeLight. Moving to a new city we had no idea how to find an agent. HomeLight was fast and easy to use. Minutes after using the site we were connected with Jen Pedersen who is an incredible agent. She helped us narrow down our search and we found an awesome home that we love. Even after purchasing the home Jen has helped us with painting and other things we wanted to do before settling in. Very grateful for Jen and for HomeLight in helping us find her.

When I decided to sell my mobile home I found it difficult and frustrating to find someone with the experience and expertise to help me in the niche market of mobile home real estate. After finding Homelight the process of finding the right agent was as simple a process as I could have asked for. The agent I found through Homelight was both knowledgeable and committed to helping me sell my mobile home for the right price. If I ever have to opportunity to use Homelight again I will.

Homelight offers to pay people who have used their service for positive reviews. I recently used them and they offered me a $20 Amazon gift card to give a positive review along with an extra $10 if I would post the review on another site. I personally would not use Homelight again they only recommended 2 agents and neither were very good. I don't believe they really select top agents instead just using agents agreeing to their kickbacks. I have also received a lot more spam emails and calls since sharing the info with Homelight.

So I guess I should start at the beginning. My Son (11 Years Old) Recommended we got to Homelight for the best realtor. He was not wrong. I interviewed 2 realtors and found Kevin to be the best one. His reputation precedes him. He was respectful of my time and wanted the best for our home. While the first offer fell through, the second, even though it took a bit longer, was easy. I sure liked the ease of which everything was completed! Definitely a service I would use again. Kevin is going to be someone I work with again for future projects.

We had tried unsuccessfully to sell our home twice over a 4 year period. Listing our home forcthird time this spring we wanted to do everything possible to ensure the house sold this go around. We contacted Homelight, as well as asked around, to find the best agent. A common thread/person was Gordon Crawford and his team. Using multiple sources with a great deal of expertise proved to be the best option. Our house has sold thanks to HomeLight and Gordon Crawford.

When it was time to list my home for sale I used the HomeLight Service to interview and hire my Real Estate Agent, Dave Sulvetta. Dave is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable, which makes such a difference for a successful positive experience. Dave was genuinely caring and extremely helpful during the process, from the listing to the settlement. At no point did Dave waiver in his dedication and commitment to selling the property. HomeLight followed up with me on several occasions to check in on the progress of my home sale and my satisfaction with their recommended Real Estate Agent. HomeLight provides stellar customer service, and partners with an outstanding Real Estate Agent in Dave Sulvetta. I highly recommend both!

I would like to thank Homelight for introducing me to Ben Emslie of Remax Alliance. I had used Remax Alliance before with good results, so when I saw a recommendation for an agent associated with that office, I was very interested. I was not familiar with Ben but after talking with him, I had no doubt that I had found the right agent. And he did a fabulous job for me -- after just four days after listing and just one showing, my home was under contract at full price. Without Homelight's assistance, I would never have met Ben. Contacting Homelight was one of the best things I did after deciding to sell my home. Thanks again!

Hi mr. Lynch from the very first moment that I call HomeLight the agent who answered the phone was kind and courteous she listened to me she understood what I was interested in doing and she got me in contact with the perfect person. Mr Wes Truitt was extremely professional he contacted me he let me know who he was and what the name of his company was and what he did and then he set up an appointment to come meet with me. Where he was on time he came in he accessed my home we talked I got to know each other just a little bit and he made me an offer to which I accepted. He explained to me to process what was about to happen we did our appropriate paperwork and then the next thing I know it was time to close. Went to clothing and everything went smoothly. If I ever buy another home and decide to sell I may not be able to go the route I went this time but I definitely will use HomeLight to find an agent to sell my home thank you guys so much I had a wonderful experience.

This was our first time selling a house. We contacted Home Light and they gave us options for different high performing realtors. We needed to sell.our house asap. We chose Debra Kee and we were glad we did. Within a month our house was sold! She helped us sell the house quickly without any bumps in the road. The whole process was seamless. At the signing Debra Kee bought our family a Christmas lantern for out new place. I cannot say enough good things about Home Light and our realtor Debra Kee. I would highly recommend Home Light and I would definitely use them again. Thank you so much.

Homelight team sounds great initially but apparently their problems run deep. I had attempted to become a part of the homelight team in Northern Colorado. Seems reasonable they take a percentage upon closing. After following the steps and realizing the upload of past sales was complicated I opted to manually enter these. With in a couple days they disappeared and I have been given multiple different excuses from Lori Pinkerton and Devon De Jesus with Homelight. After several month's no communication, lack of diligence and desire to get me on board. Several times they were going to call and follow up but never diid. Disappointed and not impressed. Practice what you preach Homelight Team.

The Homelight web site saved the day for the selling of my home. In the Safari web browser I simply typed in Best realtors in the Albany NY area' and Homelight popped up. Since they are a national organization I assumed that they had the best method of rating real estate agents. AND THEY DID! Within minutes of my request I received contact calls from 5 realtors. I didn't have to worry that I would make the right selection because Homelight did that for me! My house sold within a month. My realtor had 3 open houses in 4 weeks! Boom! The house was sold and I got my asking price. Thank you Homelight for providing top notch realtors in my home town.

We used home light after trying to sell our home on our own for a little while. I had a few agents reach out but immediately knew Kevin Richter and Grace Pritchard were the right people for us. They were so knowledgeable with the housing industry in Charleston and sold our home in a week! They were so friendly, insightful, and down right good people!
