Your service was very helpful. We were with a Realtor for about a year with only 2 total showings of our home. While we live in a remote location, 2 showings in a year is still far below the average expectation. Our home was 10 years old, in a fantastic location, and very well maintained. And, It was priced about right.

Your service found a Realty company that specializes in marketing. This approach worked well and we had 4 showings in the first month after listing with them. Our house closed in about 6 months with the new firm for close to asking price. All in all, a really helpful service.

One of whom proved to be the perfect fit, Karen Kline. Karen was fantastic to work with! Always available and very knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer she helped me navigate the complicated process with ease. If it hadn't been for HomeLight, I likely would have never found Karen.

We started our search for a realtor to sell our home on HomeLight, and I'm so glad we did! I've recommended the service to others and they've been extremely happy with the results as well. Our search led us to Sue Smith, she was the very first recommendation from HomeLight, and it was spot on. She was phenomenal! She knew the area extremely well which is exactly what we needed. The home sold in less than a month. She shared contacts with us for cleaners and junk removal services, we didn't have to research this at all! We've had some previous horror stories' with realtors that we used, either by friendship or recommendations, or just bad luck. This time, we wanted to make sure that we selected our realtor on their merits. I contacted Homelight and got immediate results - truth be told, I was a little overwhelmed from all the phone and email activity resulting from my inquiry. My father listed his home just before he passed away. After nearly a year on the market with little results, I discovered that the realtor was making unauthorized and improper changes to the home. Upon arriving to my father's house, over 200 miles away, I discovered things were also missing. After a month of work the house was ready to list again. Not being local, I wasn't sure what my best choice was so I checked with HomeLight. A list of local realtors was provided in order of their successful sales record. From the list The Quist Team was number one by far. Upon listing the home, I had the buyer in under a week. I don't know that I would have found this realtor without HomeLight. I plan on using HomeLight again as I will be looking for a second home in Florida.
