I was asked to send a response for my experience with Homelight. I honestly don't know how to describe how much of a lifesaver this company was. The realtor they recommended to me, Dan Close, was extremely professional and experienced and was expedient at dedicating himself to the project of getting my home sold. He did, in 22 days. He also referred me to another realtor in order for me to buy another home quickly as well as referring a lender for the mortgage for the new home. I found and purchased my new home in just 19 more days. All personnel involved in this process were exceptional. I am truly impressed and feel so very lucky to have found Homelight as a resource.

First off, I wanted to say that working with HomeLight was very easy and painless. I've had to sell a couple of other homes in the past and wish I discovered HomeLight then. It was so simple, I was skeptical. After answering a few questions, HomeLight gave me the options that best fit my needs. They paired me with Opendoor and my house was sold in 20 days. I didn't have to do small repairs or prepare for showings. I just had to move my personal items and meet with assessors of the property. I will definitely use HomeLight again when needed and recommend it to others.

The real estate agent was very helpful and he did a great job. He helped in finding home as per our requirements, connecting to buyer agent, helping to get mortgage at well affordable rate and assisting with escrow for providing documents needed for closure. As this was our primary home so we had lot of questions and confusions but homelight provided a well admirable support to answer our questions.

I reached out to HomeLight after I stumbled across an article about it while trying to learn more about finding a real estate agent. They got back to me almost immediately with a few agents they recommend for the area I was looking for, based on research they have done. They had the agents reach out to me to set up times to interview them, no running around trying to find and get ahold of them myself. All in all happy I found HomeLight, they saved me a lot of time and effort. We had a great experience with our realtor and are happy with our new home!

As we started to make the Decision to sell our house after 26 years, my wife and I looked at each other and asked ourself how do we find a Realtor. We went to the Internet
And did a search, your web site can up and we started to fill out the need information as we finished we started to get emails from you with a list of realtors. The list was very helpful giving us a list of names and a little back ground to look over. We set up appointment with 2 realtors in the area to set down and talk to them. They were both very Professional and had lots of information to tell us. Are our meeting with the second realtor we know they were the our pick. We called them the next day and got thinks started. The house went live on the market on a Saturday and we had a verbal offer in less then 24 hours and by Monday morning it was in writing and sold. I was very pleased with the Homelight service. After a previous poor experience with a realtor and being unable to sell our home; we really needed assistance finding a good realtor to get our house sold. Homelight quickly gave me referrals for 3 realtors after a few questions on the phone. We interviewed 2 of the 3 realtors that were recommended and hired the one we liked the most. She had our house sold before we were even able to get everything ready for it to go to market. Excellent referral and overall great experience. I wish had done this the first time, would have saved us a lot of time, cost and trouble. So glad to get our house sold!

The experience was fantastic and we could not be more pleased. Homelight was easy to use and not a pressuring venue at all. We found Robin Dennis through this service and found that they had done there job of accurately representing her as an agent. She was well educated on real estate, the areas that we were looking for, and most importantly, what we were looking for. She had a lot to keep in mind with us as she had a house to sell and a house to buy. We also had specific needs for our animals as well as we have horses. Robin is kind and straightforward. When she works with you she allows you to concentrate on what you need to while she keeps you on path with next steps. Had a great experience with HomeLight! They provided options and so much information, My original offer was really low but they also gave local agents as a plan of action. One of them I was slightly familiar with already so I pick that agent. HomeLight followed up with very informative info on what to look for in an agent and good questions to ask before choosing one. They stayed in contact thru out my journey periodically checking in. I would definitely try HomeLight again. Sold my home using the agent I picked and have happily moved on.
