I received an appraisal that is at least twice what the land is worth. My vacant land has a drainage ditch, and about a third of it is in a floodway that cannot be developed. Most of it gets flooded several times a year. The appraiser's comparables were in elevated areas that have no drainage issues, floodways, or even flood plains. It was a waste of money.

We needed a commercial vacant lot cleared and was not sure the best way to have it done. Gulf Coast Solutions was referred to us and we can not be happier we chose them. The business went to the job site and quoted a price. Even though the job was harder to complete than expected they still honored their quoted price. The business did a great job, working above and beyond my expectations. He was a hard worker who would not quit until the job was completed and he knew the customer would be 100% satisfied, which we were.
They were very Professional and looked out for a your house while they were moving I would recommend them to anybody great job guys

Tried calling 7 or so local Septic tank pumping companies with no luck. Tried HomeAdvisor (for the first time) and entered my problem/info. I was googling for someone that could replace a15 yr old hard-wired smoke alarm that was chirping. Angi provided two electricians in the area. I responded to the first electrician suggested. He called the next morning and came over later that morning. He diagnosed the situation and returned the next morning and replaced all four smoke alarms that were hard-wired on the same line. In one hour he was done!

I booked to have my driveway and sidewalks cleared on the 24th. I was charged $250 only for no one to show up and Home Advisor to offer 50% credit in return. Will not be using their services again.
