Had a repair man call me within a half hour of request. Repair was addressed and completed before noon the next day.
Noticed old sump pump sounded significantly different than before. Noticed water seemed to be rising in sump well. Called and expert determined pump was seized up and replaced same.

I am pleased with my 2 jobs that we did with Monarch Home and Lawn Services. He got the right materials and made the repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner. He was polite and courteous and willing to do what was necessary to complete the list of repairs we asked him to do. He communicated what was to be done and how it was progressing, as well as a follow up to tell me the jobs were done.
Very timely calls and correspondence, great follow up to see if we'd been taken care of or hired a professional.
Since we have found the source of our water problem in the kitchen and have repaired the flashing, we will be lining up a dry wall repair shortly.
The dry wall pro found what was going on with the roof, we were required to pay $300 for that. Hoping that will go towards the kitchen ceiling repair.
Tony was quick, prompt, courteous and clean and neat. I would've liked a better price on the parts he replaced.
Sitting at computer looking for an irrigation specialist, no more than 2 minutes went by and the phone rang with Levi on the other end. Despite having to come all the way from the west Valley, he was here on time (in fact, a little early!) and did a great job. Very nice, polite and courteous young man.

Several companies replied. I requested 3 estimates. Then chose one who's price was considerably less and I really liked the person who came out to do the estimate. This turned out to be an excellent choice all around.
WARNING: the first phone call response I got was a scam. Not Home Advisor's fault, though. Someone at one of their referred companies leaked my info to a scammer. They sounded legitimate at first on their phone response. Then alarm bells went off when they asked for my credit card information before coming out to do the job.
Absolutely great crew. Great job and I will have them back in the spring.
