I have used home advisor more than once in the past and I've always had great experience at the start and I never had staff calling me back from back east (caller ID Chicago) saying he's calling on behalf of home advisor and would like to complete my queries and he wanted my detailed information like "email, physical address" and so on, and obviously he's gotten my number! I was quickly alarmed by it and said to him that why do you need it again when it's already on home advisor's site, and then he just hung up on me! And I've noticed that the same caller ID with the same last 4 of the numbers called me back a few more times on that same day but never left a message so just be careful these days I guess.
Mike quickly responded to my request for service. Once at our location, he quickly identified the problem and had it fixed within an hour! He will be my first phone call for any future plumbing needs!
Very fast easy to find company to do my job. Had results in a few minutes.
Scrub removal in front area of home. Scrubs were cut to top and dug out below approximately 8 inches. All scrub debris was removed and area clean up.

The process was easy. I entered our project needs in an online form and received two screened "matches" almost immediately so that I could check them out further if desired. Both screened companies reached out within the hour, and I ultimately hired one to complete my project that same day. We were very happy with the process and would use HomeAdvisor again for future contractor needs.
The first 4 quotes I requested were fine. Afterwards a person from HomeAdvisor called and asked if I'd like additional quotes. I said NO. The person on the phone acknowledged what I said and told me to check back if I needed more quotes. As soon as I hung up, my phone started ringing off the hook with more companies wanting to give me a quote. One of them told me that they pay Angie's $200 for every lead. It makes sense why these places are so aggressive and keep calling and calling.
