Quick, easy, efficient, three days from quote to done! Contractor was very knowledgeable and friendly, workers were very neat, did minimal damage to peripheral areas, cleaned up after. The whole process was far less hassle than expected!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I should have checked them out before beforehand. Just google lawsuits and FTC investigation against Home Advisor. Total scam.
They tell you they are "booking" your appointment, which is false. I asked the representative three times, is she certain they will show up, and show up on time? I got an emphatic yes all three times. In truth, the contractors themselves actually book the appointments. The plumber they contracted me with wanted me to wait FOUR EXTRA DAYS, after I "booked" a next day appointment. Wasted my entire day, and went another day with no water in the house before giving up and calling a plumber.
Furthermore, while their sales reps will call you RELENTLESSLY once you fill out the questionnaire on their website, once they screw up your appointment, their customer service department is a joke. I was promised a call back from a supervisor two days ago. Nothing.
Home Advisors sales pitch is complete bulls**t. Save yourself a lot of headaches. Skip the middleman and just call a highly rated professional directly. Turned out to be cheaper, too.
After posting my request I received several calls. The first caller showed up within 1 hour, gave me an estim ate and completed the job.
Great service from start to finish. Thorough, courteous and professional. Did not cut corners. Will use them again!

Consumers! Beware! This is a full scam company! They will charge you for services they can't provide. They made me drive 4 hrs to supposedly meet another contractor of their ( because first one couldn't fix the plumbing issue I had) only two cancel few hrs before the scheduled time. Not only that but they scheduled a second time which also did not happen as no one showed up as they claimed it would! Don't trust these scammers. They will gladly charge your card and good luck finding solution to your project then!

Jose did a great job, and was very knowledgeable. Matt was the project manager and was on site during a portion of the installation. Although it hasn't rained yet, I feel they got it right.
Have been using Angies list for many years. It is a good source of contractor referrals. Once you request a quota, you are left to your own devices though. There is -no- way of checking the messages from the contractors, unless the contractor is smart enough to email you directly.
Arrived at home, & began the inspection, started with the Garage, & the perimeter of the home
Then enter the home and inspected each room of the house & then he said the inspection was complete no problems.
His knowledge & experience is reputable & knows how to make the client get their money worth.
My experience was very professional and provided me with the information and evaluation I needed.
