Think about using Angi. Don't know if this was an isolated incident or not. I picked this provider from angi list, made the appt a week before. Everyday I received an email saying the job was getting closer and they were happy I chose Angi. THE morning of the appt, a half hour before the actual appt, I get an email from them saying the appt was canceled! No reason given. Luckily I had the company's #. I called him and he was never contacted by Angi about the appt, but they very conviently charged him their fee anyway! He was able to come to the house the next day. I will never use Angi again!

When I found them on line I thought great. I schedule the service & they charged my credit card for the amount that we agreed on. That day, the person never showed. I called him twice & he stated don't worry I will be there. 3 hours later I got charged AGAIN for the same amount of the service & a survey on how my service was. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. So, then I called & stated why did you charge my card twice & they just gave the run around about how they do that when you set up a job. I say yes, but it was charged again today & they say we need to give you to customer service. I got so frustrated I just ask to cancel the whole thing. I am still waiting for my now double refund of my money. Just be careful & always use a credit card because it the place won't refund the money I know the credit card will. There was NO customer service what so ever.

I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Home Design and Remodeling to anyone who is looking for a honest contractor. We worked with Tony for our master bathroom remodel and he was honest, professional, reliable, and most of all communicated with my Husband and I every step of the way. Everyone who worked on our project was respectful, reliable, kept their work space clean, and above all hardworking. I would defiantly use Precision Home Design and Remodeling again for any future work and you should too.
Well, it was a cooler than normal hot summer July day as I sat in the shade under a large live oak and watched my contractor work on the hot roof. He worked hard to solve my dilemma I had with a poorly installed metal roof.
We had a kitchen floor installed by our neighborhood floor company in August 2021. It has been coming up & apart for at least a year. Naffco Floor co has refused to help, in any way, what was a apparently a faulty installation. $4,000 down the drain. Beware of this company.
Frustrating! The upshot of it all was that my card was declined because Citibank (COSTCO) does not accept payments through Angi. I spent at least an hour getting registered and then an hour trying to figure out why my card was decline. Probably they work great for other credit cards.
Roofer was there when he said they would be, notified of a delay in plenty of time to adjust my schedule. I relayed a problem and they immediately found a solution.
