We were upsold by LockTight on hurricane patio doors that were an engineering application error. Our patio gets wet,smells, has dirt inside & in door tracks.Being elderly disabled adults we were taken advantage of, lied to & wrongly upsold.

I thought I was hiring a mason. I quickly learned that I had hired a stone work "Artist". My precast cement steps were sinking into the ground. I had to practically vault to get into my kitchen and at 75, my jumping days are pretty much over. After working with Alex to get my own thoughts in on the project, Alex went to work and made my back steps absolutely beautiful and raised up to where I can get into the house with ease now. It wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny I would have paid that and more. It was hot those two days and he worked without even taking a break on the first day. Alex told me he was from the Ukraine and I even met his father, whom he briefly brought on the job for a quick visit. If Alex is any example of the character, skill and work ethic of those people, no wonder Putin is still trying to figure out what went wrong with his master plan. Thanks Alex. Only one problem. My steps look so great that the rest of my house looks like it needs a make over.

This was my first time using Home Advisor (Powered by Angi) and I found it well organized and easy to navigate.

Amazing team came out, leveled our yard, added top soil and then sod, worked their butts off, amazing results, will be using them again. Great prices and great results.

If you are a small business owner make your self a favor and save your money! They are scammers, they send leads that never answer or reply, and when you try to cancel they transfer you to different people and make you wait on the line for hours until you give up! I called 3 time to cancel i never succeeded, I had to call my bank to stop the draining of my money! Thank God this is over is been a nightmare.
It's very sad how HomeAdvisor makes their money, taking advantage of small business owners

Beware they are only about the marketing and the people that call are truely the bottom of the barrow. I made a mistake and filled a form out on what I thought was a local vendors site only to get a call from some idiot from Angi trying to sell me more services. He didn't even know what Cat5 cabling was. Better to trust Google reviews...

Experienced plumber who tried to solve my plumbing problem as if it were his own problem. They even cleaned up after the job, which is rare!

After spending 6 weeks obtaining roofing estimates.I awarded the project to ACR Contracting.
Reason honesty fully explained what to expect from work crew and all technical aspects of job.
Being retired from the construction industry I was very comfortable hiring this company. The crew showed up early, worked hard,cleaned up left no debris.Total satisfaction

AJ was experienced in catching woodchucks and removing them. Cost was fair and market price. Will hire again.

When finding someone to do a project it is always hard. Angi makes it easy to find various rating of individuals and then have them come the project site and make a bid. For me it has worked very well.

I hired Angi/Home Advisor for a move-in apartment cleaning. They did not do the job. The person who showed up to do the job was late (by hours), had no supplies, we mutually agreed to cancel the job. There was no personal communication with Angi - no number to call, person to talk to. Just a bunch of impersonal texts. I was charged nonetheless and Angi/Home Advisor is lying to the credit card company saying they did the job, with pages of meaningless bureaucratic paperwork that I have to waste me time on. DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION!

This started last year where they would call my mom about my Landscaping business. Which 1 she has no attachment to my business or entities. So, I called back in 2022 to inform them to put my company and any phone number attached to their auto dialer to put on a do not call list. This company still calls me every month to the point where I just couldn't do it anymore it was causing issues with my mom from how many times, she was getting calls and it was causing mental issues to arise due to the constant attack on my personal and mom's personal phone. So, after being put on a do not call list a year ago and feeling hopeless that the Government allows scammers like this, I felt I had to take it in my own hands. So, I answered one day, and the customer service was so bad they refused to let me speak to a manager and hung up on me. I tried to call back at the direct phone number Amanda (the worker at Angi leads) who called me from *******358 or her voicemail she leaves this number, *******990. So, I couldn't get in touch with Amanada after leaving voicemails and calling 3 times. So, eventually I got in touch with a manager by calling their support 3-5 times a day for 3 days. This manager refused to listen to me or even apologize. ******She did state I was on the Do Not Call list!****** Also stated they don't have to tell anyone anything when they put people on that list. Now even though I know it tells her when I was placed on the list, she refuses to let me know the date. Which I knew was a year ago! This company is run by children that are trying to scam people who are working hard to grow their business its shameless. They are breaking laws by calling during times which are non-soliciting hours and calling someone on the Do Not Call list. These are laws put in place to help Americans as of right now multiple business like Angi Leads, Angi List, abuse this and break the law.

They came in and did a great job. Would recommend them anytime. Apartment was very clean. Awesome service

My husband has been a Master plumber for 20+ years and decided to go into business for himself. We decided to try Angi Leads as we have only been in the area for a year. We decided to join Angi Leads. We gladly paid the $288 to start receiving leads. We were told they would cost between $16 and $80 depending on the work.

What they do not tell you is if your leads are Active, meaning you are taking leads that day you have to pay for those leads even if the customer doesn't answer, doesn't get back to you or you lose the job to someone else. Ok fine, we decided that we would keep the leads turned off because at least when they are turned off you can see opportunities and decide if you want to take the leads and if the client accepts you reaching out, then you pay for the lead.

I explain all of that to let everyone who has not experienced Angi List from the business side.

The last lead we accepted when we had our leads Active came in and said Bathtub replacement- New, customer does not have one. I called the Customer so fast when the lead came in that He later told me he was not off the phone with Angi List when I called.

I told him I was from Plumb Co and I was following up on his Angi Lead for a new Tub. He said I called them about a sewer cleaning. I said well we do not do sewer cleaning and we have down you are looking to add or replace a Tub. I went on to tell him that because this lead came in when we were accepting leads we have to pay $50 for the lead regardless if we do any work. He then told me that he just called for a sewer cleaning but the gal wouldn't let him off the phone without answering a series of questions which included is there anything he might be looking to do in the next 6 months to a year. He told them add a bathtub but not for a year or 2. He told me he said it just to shut them up.

I tell everyone this because with the 2-3 weeks we had this service we were only able to reach and do work for 50% or less of the leads and basically broke even. When this last call came in and I was able to have a conversation with the lead and understand how Angi solicits income for themselves with bogus leads that they make the small business eat the cost of. BEWARE- SCAMING SMALL Businesses!

I needed project done Asap. I booked for the next day in the afternoon and did the prepay option. I decided to change my appointment to the morning since the slot was available and pay the 25 fee. When I called the pro to confirm the work that needed to be done she was not available until the next week. Not happy. Called to request money back. I guess we will see if I get it. Shouldn't say they have availability if they don't to get the customer on the hook.

Site really tried hard to quickly hook you up with the right person to do the job. Used them twice and had two good results. Would recommend on that basis.

I was impressed with their performance & clean up of my 3 tree removal. No damage to my fence that was beside the trees.

We have been using this company for gutter cleaning of our home and they are, by far, the best! They returned our call to schedule the work within 24 hours. A team of three men (including Cesar) were professional, efficient, and bagged all debris from gutters. Additionally, they blew all debris that fell on our deck, umbrella, steps and even raked surrounding debris that had fallen in the yard. Bonus….they even repaired a loose rain gutter! Wonderful crew, company, and would highly recommend East Gutters.
