I was having a lot of trouble finding a contractor to repair my deck, a relatively small job as decks go. HomeAdvisor set me up with three contractors right away, as a result I selected a quality contractor and had the work done in minimum time. Fabulous!

Needed quotes on upgrading/insulating our sun-room to extend our usage. Home Advisor provided several contacts for local contractors. I got very quick responses from the contractors and immediate follow-up from Home Advisor to see if I'd been contacted. I am new to this area and Home Advisor was extremely helpful in providing me with information about each contractor.

My experience was very good from start to finish. Initially the first company failed to show up as scheduled. Home Advisor contacted me to see if the company showed up. I informed them they did not and did not call. Home Advisor immediately put me in contact with another company which I hired and did an excellent job. Thanks to Home Advisor for being there and taking care of business.

Everyone was friendly and professional. The contractor came out did an estimate on site and gave me an estimate on the job to be done.

Have used them twice and would not use them again. In the middle of a pandemic they both showed up without masks and didn't have them. The painter was the worst. Had to sand the walls and start over again. I waist of good money. The carpet cleaners did a decent job but didn't have the plastic pieces to place under the legs of furniture to prevent rust marks from the damp carpet.

Home Adviser was aggressive at giving my name out to contractor. I would have preferred a list and to call those I wanted. I got multiple calls from contractors wanting the business.

Found really great companies to use. This website actually does what it says it does. It put you in contact with multiple folks that you can talk to and determine the best choice for your project. I came out with the absolute best companies that I will continue to move forward with.

It was so much air coming around the window and Powell & co. Replace of the trim around the window and reset the window that inch to small. Great job
