So far I have had a few projects that I have used home advisors pro's on. One for our drive way, and one for our electrical. We have had good experiences from those we have used, and good experiences from those we have not. When we put in a request for our projects, we typically receive phone calls with in 15 minutes of the submission.

Plain and simple, I made an appointment to have my chimney cleaned on Nov 13, they cancelled without my knowledge and changed the date (without my knowledge). The only way I found out is because I called them to confirm my service for the day. Homeadvisor did not have the audacity to let me know that the day was changed and they changed the day to the end of the month. I took off time in my day for their service and they couldn't even reach out. Also their customer service team is a joke. I had to be redirected to 3 different people to have this problem addressed. The ONLY positive I can think of is that the wait time between the calls were quick. Very unprofessional
