I have used HomeAdvisor for a while and can say that they will usually find you a reliable, competent, and licensed resource to take care of just about any job you need to have done. If they can't they will keep trying!

I often get leads that are matched up with multiple people for a small job or not the correct contact info. Don't even think about getting refunds on your leads (they are overpriced to begin with). Here is an example of a "premium" lead that I received today. This stuff has become so common that I had to share because they have taken so much money from my business and I would not recommend relying on them for quality leads.

I was ok with what I ended up with but I was sent only one contractors info. He came and I accepted his bid after job was started I was sent another company's info. Would have preferred to have gotten a second bid before deciding.

Had a problem with my pressure tank, never owned a house on a well system, did not want to tackle this on my own, so I called home advisor. Everything worked out perfect I will use these contractors again
