I contacted Home Advisor to find a contractor to wash my windows. The contractor showed up, washed 1 window and then left without saying a word. When I called Home Advisor, they repeatedly characterized the job as "CANCELLED". Told them you cannot "cancel" a job when the contractor leaves the job site without finishing the job. They refused to provide me with any sort of explanation as to why he left. Later the same day they attempted to set up another contractor WITHOUT my consent or authorization. I would not recommend.
