Three companies were provided that called immediately and set up appointments. The 1st company rescheduled three times before they arrived. The second company scheduled and arrived on time. Because the second company completed the repair, I cancelled the third company.
Chantelle showed up on time. Explained the process and answered my questions. She was in and out in a very short time.

Will not use Home Advisor again. Negative experience. First worker had to leave halfway through the simple job for an "emergency". I think he oversold himself and didn't know what he was doing. Second worker was good and finished the job the next day. But working through the confusion and rescheduling by phone with Home Advisor was difficult. Did not like the app. Email notifications were contradictory or erroneous. I'd rather work directly with a local contractor to be sure I'm getting what I'm paying for.

The first man was from "INZ and OUTZ" came and gave me a really good quote. Promised to start on Monday morning. Never showed up, never returned my calls, didn't even have his voice mail set up.
Mr. David Flynn called and left a message. When I called him back, I asked for a quote ASAP specifying if he was able I would like for him to begin that day he gave the quote. He brought his tools and did start that day and has done a fantastic job.
