Shortly after posting my need for power wash for my vinyl-sided house I got a call and the next day had a visit for an estimate which was quite reasonble. I accepted and a day later the job was done. I am completely satisfied with Home Advisor and the company that did the job.
Jim did a wonderful job of power washing my house, which included the deck, the porch, and all the sidings of the house.
Got 2 great recommendations and hired one, but HomeAdvisor is worse than an overbearing mother. Frequent emails and phone calls to see if I got help or was satisfied... I get it, they need feedback, but do they really need to be down your throat about it. I'm doing your survey- now please leave me alone.
We needed a new roof on our single car garage. I had a couple of people come out from large commercial businesses and they gave a cost of way too much as they stated there was a minimum cost for that work. I went to HomeAdvisor and got an estimate in a few days that was acceptable. Work was done in five hours and very pleased.
Each time I have used Home Advisor I have been very happy with the caliber of companies and their staff that are listed. I will always refer to Home Advisor when I need something done at my home.

We have used them for electrical work, lawn maintenance, hardwood floor refinishing, and window cleaning. Every job has been terrific and we will continue to use this service.

We got the information for the tree work from ADM from home advisor. Information needed came in email promptly and the service was excellent!

I have not had any pool work done in 20+ years, so it took a bit of investigating to find the right place.
When I called Shamrock Pool Fiberglass, the owner Jan Moreno set up an appointment. He went into great detail regarding what it would take to make my pool look new again and better than before.
My wife wanted the pool to look blue. He explained the fiberglass and the gel will be a bright white, but the color of the sky will make the pool look baby blue.
We worked out a deal and I signed the contract. This was back in December 2020.
He said all his people follow COVID-19 rules such as wearing masks and using a bathroom at another location (not at my house).
The men were very nice about everything. If I had a question about something, they explained it, and we all kept our distance.
The work that was being performed was something special to see. All of the work was done to my liking and very professional just as Jan Moreno said it would be. Jan even came on the last two days to spray the fiberglass in the pool.
The pool resurfacing came out great and now the water looks baby blue! Our friends that come over just love the look of the pool and at night with the pool light on it's great.
