I found this job on Agi, but obviously HomeAdvisor has purchased Angi. When I log into Angi it sends me to HomeAdvisor and then said I'm not logged in. I wasn't sure where to put things like who I hired for the job, etc. Apart from that, hiring through the website went really well. I was able to get three bids on my project and got the job started and completed quickly. I'm very happy with the work. Just would be nice if the transition between angi and HA was smoother.

I am a business owner with 5 ratings listed on HomeAdvisor. I received 10 leads which either didn't answer or was out of my work description. My bill for that one week was $500. I called and the operator said she would be able to give me a credit of $200, which is worth approximately 5 leads. I asked if the homeowners knew that business owners were being charge for calling and "JUST ASKING FOR AN ESTIMATE " cost us $60, they said that homeowners weren't aware.

We were looking to have some concrete work preformed and some dry rot removed from our home. Both companies that we used and recommended by Home Advisor were excellent and the work they preformed was outstanding. It is a great way to get highly recommended and good contractors to work on your home.

HomeAdvisor doesn't seem to be "on top" of their business. Response time is uncommonly slow, and this request for a review came two weeks after the work was done, and only then when I complained to the Jobber that I hadn't been asked for a review of his work, and he contacted HomeAdvisor did you request a review. I don't think you'll be around for very long!

I was a bit leery about using the website but after submitting my request, I received very prompt communication from vendors. The website is a great tool. I saved a lot of time using HomeAdvisor vs calling around myself and getting zero responses.
