I have been a user for many years but find the "new and improved menu driven choices" do not always fit my needs. I would like more opportunity to fine tune my request and hone in on a best provider. Service Pros that we have gotten have all been good at what they do, but I find the ongoing calls and emails from Home Advisor are annoying in the midst of what is already a problem. I would prefer to have a contact that I can call if I need more help and a way to turn off the follow ups when I do not.
Found quality company to do house washing. For security reasons, only gave phone number to companies.

One plumber told me they did not come into Cleveland to do work (from Medina) and had advised a number of time to not provide their company info to Cleveland area requests. Aside from that all was as advertised.
Bathroom was completely remodeled. From new window to threshold on entrance to bathroom. They finished on time. We're friendly and respectful. Answered all our questions. The price was right. A great experience with people that had pride in their work
I got a good number of Home Improvement companies that met my needs from HomeAdvisor. These were highly rated by past customers. This carries a lot of weight for me. I spoke to someone at HomeAdvisor before selecting my tree care company and after a short professional/polite conversation they put me right through to the company I'd picked. I'd ADVISE others to use HomeAdvisor.
I scheduled a carpet cleaning job and timing was essential. My original booking was perfect, but, on the morning of the appointment, they cancelled. Was a bit angry, but still had a little time so I booked again for 5 days later. On that appointment date, the "pro" just didn't show up, no phone call, email, nothing. I was not only angry, but now desperate. I needed my carpet cleaned no later that 2 days from then. Homeadvisor booked again for two days later. Not to my surprise, that morning they cancelled again. But at least they offered to re-book. (No I wasn't stupid enough to do that). So done with them. If you have an important date and need something done by then, don't use homeadvisor.

John with Say Win Inc. called the same day and came out later that day and told me what he thought the problem was and he was right. He came the same week on Friday and resolved the problem. I have been ripped off previously with 2 companies and so appreciate the honesty and the fact that he listened to me about what was going on. He fixed the problem and the price was fair.
Offers to bid on my job were opened. Lots of responses. Liked Monica on phone. Trusted her upon meeting her. Other responses were possibilities but knew she would do a great job when I discussed it with Monica. Hired her 2 days later after other bids. Could not have hired better worker. Thanks for putting us together.
I found this site to be very confusing and hard to navigate. I could not communicate with anyone through this site. I tried to call and it did not like my phone number, I tried to use the site and was told that wouldn't work either. I am very unhappy.

Great. Country Wide Paving is the choice for me and my best recommendation for paving driveways, parking lots, church lots, etc. My driveway went from cracked and falling apart to beautiful in an afternoon.

I was having a problem with water pooling all over my yard. I found ACR Hauling LLC by using Home Advisor. They did an excellent job putting in French drain to get rid of my problem. I strongly recommend using them. They made sure all was right in the end. Felix Lizasuain
