HA suggested a local shade repair shop (Creations Accessories) and indicated I would receive a call from the shop after submitting a request for repair. It was necessary to call the shop, but a service call was easily scheduled for 18 days later. The technician arrived promptly and re-strung the shade in about 20 minutes.
Furniture was moved by them, carpet was taken up then a sealant was applied. Last step was having the old carpet hauled away. The first job was for the family room. I was so pleased with their work that I made an appointment for them to come back and do the same for my three seasons room
Tory was absolutely wonderful. He was very personable and efficient. My tasks were completed in a timely manner and Tory even took time to answer my further homeowner questions.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I They came out to my house last week to clean out the ducts and the blower motor. When taking out the blower motor to my furnace the gentleman that is supposedly trained and certified to do so was messing with wires in my furnace. When he went to replace it and we went yo turn back on the air conditioning it no longer worked in 90 plus degree weather. They sent another gentleman out that was supposedly a field supervisor with the company. He was here for another six hours trying to fix my air. While in the meantime getting shocked by the wires that he was messing with. At this point another guy ended up showing up and told us that we were going to have to wait until Saturday (next day) to get a new mother board that they ended up messing up.
Saturday rolled around his guys were 45 mins late and end up putting back on the part and still not getting my air conditioner to work after another 4 hours of my day. They ended up leaving the job without finishing their work. They left me with no air, my heater wouldnt kick on either and with all the registers and vent covers on the floor and not all the ducts cleaned out like they stated they would be. I talked to the owner of the company named Tim is was very unprofessional and he indicated tjat the problem wouldnt be fixed until Monday now. So me and my kids and pets were going to have to wait until they hvac guy was back in town to come fix some external part. I told him i was going to get another hvac company out to my house under the emergency of sitting in 90 plus degree weather with no air all weekend. He told me that no other hvac company would be able to fix it either. I ended up calling NL Heating and Air. The gentleman was soooo nice and was here for 10 mins and got my ac to work because DENVER DUCTS crossed two wires and didnt ground a wire. Their team is probably not even certified. I tried sending the 260 bill to Tim at Denver Ducts and he stated he wasnt paying it after his company messed it up. I would not recommend this company at all for one second! Below you can just see some of the pictures of my heater parts laying around and my stuff all over from them.

If you are proud of what you offer, then DO NOT sign up for these scammers. They will take your social and act like they're the best people ever until you sign up. The moment they have your social security and agreement you're basically done. You'll pay thousands of dollars and no work will come from there. Stay true to your self, be honest and promote ethics!
