Called twice in one week during my half-hour lunch break and after 25+ minutes waiting, no one answered each time. Used their main number *******119.
VERY sketchy - especially, when they're charging monthly subscription fees ( Club Orange) but won't provide basic customer service for you.
I wanted to cancel it because I don't see myself making any future purchases after I saw the quality of my first order.
I have ordered a few times from this site. The last 2 times I had issues. So I decided to reach out to customer service... its been a week-NO response. I had a broken item and an expired food item. They lost a very good customer over 2 items priced less than $4! How dumb on Hollars part!

I use hollar from time to time for the affordable and convenient that it was, but recently I noticed that the prices have increased probably triple, if not more than the cost you can find the same items at your local store. Not too happy about that. Probably change of management? That's what usually happens when new personel handles the company. Customer service has recently changed also. They Used to reply my emails within minutes, now, it's been over a week since a email them about an order that didn't received, with no reply so far. Something is going on!

I have several small things Id like to order and Im paying extra for shipping, however because my cart doesnt total $10 before shipping. I can not order the items.

I ordered two items. Items were not shipped until a week later and once they were waiting at facilities, they did not move for another 48 hours. Overall, delivery took almost 2 weeks. However, the products were as described and of good quality. One of the items was brand designer and $10 less than priced online at Target. I will shop with Hollar again, but never if I need my items in a timely fashion. If you can wait longer for your product then this site is worth the patience. Especially with free shipping for your first buy.

Months ago, I used to be able to find lots of good deals. Recently, their prices have increased & much of their stock has changed to the junk you can find on ebay.

After writing my initial review on 11/27 or 29/2017, I just received most of the refund. Sadly, I had to follow up again. The customer service at this company is beyond unsatisfactory! When I connected with customer service to inform them I would be forwarding items accidentally sent to me, with an enclosed shipping label, with a customer's private information, the employee said I could keep the items. I told them, I don't want another customer to have an experience like mine and I'll mail them their items, since hollar accidentally enclosed this customer's private info. The employee was attempting to persuade me not to forward the items. I mailed the customer her items, explaining how hollar mishandled her order.
One key point, NOT ONE PERSON FROM THIS COMPANY HAS REACHED OUT TO ME AND ASKED, WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT? A refund is o. K., but displacing concern and professional customer service is priceless.
I'll be filling a complaint with the BBS and WILL NOT RECOMMEND hollar!

After purchasing bunch of crap just to get the promotion the charged me for the crap but the promotion of a blender was not shipped yes they refunded the money but what about their "PROMOTION" they only do that so you actually buy the crap there warehouse is full of would not recommend

Ordered on 11/14 Keep checking tracking # on 11/21 it hasnt even been received at the post office yet so i doubt i will get it in 7 to 10 business days Its been a week (5 business days) and it hasnt gotten anywhere yet

I have ordered twice and both times package arrived in perfect condition and early. The products I ordered were of great quality. The only downside I can see is when I see a product on line for childrens jammies and I try to order it, it wont give me the option. If they are out of a product, they should take it off the web page. However, they continue to advertise it. Most of the clothing is like that. Overall I will continue to order and hopefully get some jammies one of these days.

I love hollar! I've been using the site for over a year. I place about 4 orders a month. I have ordered kitchenware and accessories, school and office supplies, makeup and beauty items, tote bags,, jewelry, clothes, organizational items, rugs, pillows! I'm pleased with the quality. The prices are great! I love the order $35 or more and get free shipping. The only thing that is a bit of a bummer is you can receive some orders pretty quick and some can take a while because the items come from independent sellers. Other than that it's A okay!

So I have a few items in my cart and I've noticed how they continuously keep raising the prices on every single thing In my cart MONEY HUNGRY MUCH. I might just drive to my stores near buy cause their probably cheaper and shipping takes for ever.

I love Hollar and visit site regularly. I have only had one issue. One of my items arrived broken, and when I contacted Hollar, the sent out a replacement right away. Couldn't be happier.

I placed an order... some of the items from Hollar.com and some from their "Marketplace" aka a third party seller. I received the Marketplace order and was dissatisfied with item. There was NO return information included with that order. I contacted Hollar to get return info. And received 2 responses, neither of which could help me. They appear to be very disorganized and ill-equipped to deal with returns. I do NOT recommend this company!

This is only to speak about the shipping. Order left warehouse on 9/25. Its oct 16 and still hasnt arrived. Do the generous math! Its not 7-10 business days as this company states. They must send snail mail! Will never shop here again!

I received an error message the last time I tried to place an order. The order did not go through for processing, but there was no issue in debiting the payment from my checking account. I had to contact customer service to get my order processed. Ever since this happened, I have been having issues. The last item i ordered is stuck in my cart, and I cannot remove the items. I cannot even add any items to my cart. I contacted customer service and they said they are looking into it. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed

I am posting my DM through Facebook I had with HOLLAR concerning a problem with my order as a followup to my previous of this business here. After posting a negative review on their Facebook page which seems to have disappeared they asked me to DM them which I did. Note that it also took 2 days just to get this little bit done with them.

My order went through smoothly, was shipped quickly, and arrived reasonably fast (6 days between placing the order and receiving it), and nothing was broken, even a set of porcelain cups I ordered that had terrible reviews across the internet for apparently frequently arriving broken. I took a chance on the cups fully expecting them to not make the journey from their own reviews and Hollar's poor shipping reviews, but they were packaged securely and in perfect condition. Maybe Hollar has made some improvements recently. Looking forward to shopping there again

Many of the items sold on Hollar are the same items that can be found at the 99Cent Only, Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores. The more popular items offered are basically surplus merchandise that is out of season or last years craze from stores like Walmart, Target and even Amazon. Resulting in NUMEROUS items from pantry food, toys to household decor that can be found at a fraction of the retail cost. I'm a mother to two little boys and I greatly appreciate that I'm able to splurge on popular toys and games for my kids without feeling guilty about it.
