I've ordered from Hollar 4 times (all over $25, so free shipping), stocking up on stocking stuffers and Christmas gifts and I haven't been disappointed yet. I'm so surprised to see such negative reviews. The prices change pretty often so you have to keep checking back on the items you want but you can almost always get a really good deal, plus they have huge sales on different brands from time to time. I've never had a problem with products being damaged and shipping is always fine. It takes 7-10 business days so I'm assuming that excludes weekends and it depends when you place your order. It's just about the same amount of time it would take if you're ordering from somewhere else online, unless your paying for expedited shipping. So I really don't understand how anyone can complain that their order didn't arrive in a day or 2. I do see where they compare their prices to other sites like Ebay and Walmart.com but I know that Walmart.com has other sellers too, so if my item is more than a couple dollars I always check the price on the actual website first. There's been maybe 2 or 3 times when the price on Hollar was the same or a little more expensive, but it's almost always a good $5-$10 cheaper on Hollar. I definitely recommend. And if you've had a bad experience I'd definitely give it another try. It's so cheap you really have nothing to lose.
I was looking at Hollar and saw Elf eyeliner (brush included) and they are charging $5 for the same product you can buy directly from Elf for $3 and then they have the nerve to show you that eBay is selling it for almost $10 so you think you're getting a deal. This site is GARBAGE!

This site is the reason why I don't like to shop online. Shipping takes forever. Don't do it unless you have all the patience in the world.

Most things are a bargain and the quality is fine, except for Hollar products with moving parts. No use sending them back as you pay shipping and a restocking fee. Things are basically just thrown into boxes which arrive crushed as there is little or no packing to support products. Heavy things are put on top of fragile food products, crushing them. One thin piece of tape closes a box with 27 items in it - so it usually comes apart and box splits before delivery. Customer service, if you can find an email address or a phone number is nonexistent. No answer to my email of complaint. Too, you have to guess as to delivery times as the online delivery info is not updated before you get the package. I've ordered quite a bit since finding Hollar a couple of months ago, and most items survive delivery and are good prices. But Hollar needs to teach employees how to pack boxes and answer customer emails. I guess they figure prices are so low that the customer can just absorb damaged and/or non-working goods.

I ordered from hollar about 3 weeks ago. It was my first time ordering and I was super excited to get my items. The estimated time of arival for my package was Sep. 7-11. I reached out to customer servious last night and asked where my package was. They got back to me and told me my order stopped being tracked on the 7th. So, they said I could have my items reshipped as long as all my items I ordered where in stock. Of course, two items that I ordered where no longer in stock so I asked if they could be replaced with similar items. I found two items that were similar to the ones that were no longer in stock and asked if they could be replaced. I was told that would be fine but since one of the items was a tad more expensive than the original I would have to pay the difference. The difference was only $1.50! The fact that customer support couldn't wave a little extra fee from a LOST order is ridiculous. This was my first time ordering from hollar and I had high expectations. I will not be ordering again and will not recommend to any friends.

So a few things have changed since my last Hollar haul, I used to give Hollar high ratings but now there are Hollar items and Marketplace items so the free shipping after $20.00 total you spent doesn't count if the items are divided by their Market place items which are many of the nice Funko items and some of the nicer tech gear. Also, beware of higher priced items you can get at the dollar store they are now selling for twice as much. My son wanted to spend his bday money here so I let him yesterday but I think after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on Hollar this and last year we're out. Too bad that their prices aren't as great as they used to be, I am back to finding what I want on Amazon Prime. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvOH90bQly8 like I said we used to adore holler, so sad they have changed so much from last year.

I order about 12$ worth of items and then I got the confirmation number. I seen my bank took out the money and then the next day I got it back. Called hollar to ask why and the customer service said I was tagged risky or my payment method was. My bank is golden one. Which is odd to me. I had more than enough money to pay for my items. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have ordered twice from Hollar and was very satisfied each time. Nothing broken, very well packed, average delivery time, and items as expected. Yes, it is ike a dollar store, but much better than the ones we have in my town!

My products came in a huge box. One of my items ( the calendar, white board, picture was broken in half. I just took it out of the package as we haven't really been home. The box was mangled on one side. I didn't open it til today and noticed the large item was broken all others were fine

I ordered 2 Halloween costume from them (ninja turtles) the app was very easy to navigate and to order and it shipped very quickly. This will be a place I use more offen! #hollar

One item I bought (the most expensive one actually) was a set of 6 rainbow skull shot glasses, and three of them arrived shattered. The blue one was a real disappointment because that was going to be for my partner who loves blue, and the purple one for my sister. The box also was crushed on the side, with very little cushioning inside. Other than that, the shipping was pretty fast, and most of the items I bought were as expected. Might buy non-fragile items from them in the future.
Update: In response, they gave me $5 store credit (the value of the item), which I never got to use because
A. You still need $10 pre-shipping to check out, so I'd have to spend $5 MORE of my money to use the $5 store credit
B. It expired in like a week
Plus, they no longer had the shot glasses I wanted.

I ordered two Bell bicycle helmets from Hollar and paid only $14! At that price, it was worth the 7-day wait. The first helmet was for my little one and was specifically for children between the ages of one and three. In the bull's eye store, the same helmet is easily $19.99, if you can find one for that particular age group. The other, I purchased for myself and like my little one's it is super-cute! All in all, my experience was great. Just keep in mind, you can't be in a rush because it DOES take 7-10 days to arrive.

Ordered items for a raffle this weekend, and they are still not here. Ordered Aug 29, suppose to have 7 to 10 days shipping. No tracking as of yet, and generic response from customer service. Will not use again.

Hollar was fine until I never received my order. I even contacted the customer service to see what was going on and they just told me to "reschedule delivery with usps." I contacted usps and they have not been able to find my order. It's been a month and I still have not received my order. I have not been able to get a refund either. I'm NEVER using their service ever again.

Just received my order... glass items broken and all over the box. Can't even use the dryer sheets due to box being crushed and open. Needless to say glass was all in the snuggle sheets.the 10pc glass bowl set looks like some just smashed them into smithereens.the 3 entenmann's candles wrecked... half of my order is useless. This is my 2nd time ordering from Hollar but will most definitely be my last.

Got some nail polish from this site. Great prices, had a little trouble checking out but otherwise no hassles. Products were delivered on time and i could track it. They were in perfect condition. Overall a great online shopping destination!
