Tailor4less has a referral program where you can get a free shirt, pants or suit depending on how many people you refer actually buy something, but they pull all the tricks out to not have to actually give it to you. I referred someone and they bought. My "progress gift" as they call it showed up on my account and I ordered a free shirt. They charged my credit card for shipping.
I waited, and waited. The free shirt never showed up, and when I logged on to my account all evidence of the order was gone. My "progress gift" was not available to reorder either.
I contacted them and they gave me multiple excuses, which kept changing as I pressed more. Their primary excuse was that someone had tried to contact me about the measurements and I didn't answer so the order was canceled. First of all, this doesn't make sense because you put in your OWN CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS, so they shouldn't think the "measurements were wrong" as they told me. Second, I never received any contact from them, as they claimed. It was all a scheme to not have to give me a free shirt for their referral program. Never mind that they had no problem charging me for shipping though. I asked them to reinstate the order since I hadn't been able to redeem the progress gift. They said the order was canceled and they couldn't do that because I "missed" their attempts to email me. As I said, these attempts at communication never came and were just made up.
There are a lot of negative reviews about tailor4less out there and I can tell you from first had experience that they do indeed try their best to not have to deliver what they owe to you. They came up with all kinds of ridiculous excuses as to why I couldn't get my referral gift, even though I met the criteria. Don't trust them and buy from one of the other made to measure clothing companies. There are several others out there with better reviews.
Dreadful service, awful quality, massive disappointment.
A complete rip off site.
I wanted to order a tailored suit. This site has a great online process for ordering the suit you want. It takes you through the measurement process and selection of the right suit.
The interaction and visual aspects are excellent.
Then the suit arrived. It was awful. The fit was massively off. The sleeves to long, the jacket to short, the shoulders to small, and the material very cheap.
I then went through the process of complaining. The customer service is dreadful. You have to send in pictures, compare to suits that fit, and then they will pay upto $45 for adjustments. The tailors I have been to cannot adjust the suit because the fit is so bad.
They will not take the suit back, so I am stuck with a suit that cost $400, which I will have to throw away.

I would like to explain you our policy: we always use the customers specifications and requirements in order production. We take into account the body measurements provided to produce an order. To those measurements we always add extra room for mobility. If the order does not fit, the first step is to go to a local tailor. In your case, as the garment cannot be fixed we can offer you a remake, but, please, understand, that the local tailor is the fastest option. Concerning the fabric, we always offer fabric samples to all of our customers. This is, in the end, a free service and we offer them just to avoid those kinds of problems. Please, understand that we followed your selection.

Answer: Don't order from this company if you are looking for a quality product. If, on the other hand, you are looking for poor quality fabric, shoddy tailoring, poor customer service and a high price, by all means, order from this company.
Answer: Our delivery time is currently 2 weeks from the moment of online payment to home delivery. We need at least 15 days to tailor and deliver an order matching our standards. It is thus unfortunately impossible to reduce the delivery delay, even against compensation, we already are the fastest in market.
Answer: Because hockerty are thieves selling crap and if i am lying let them take me to court along with the thousands of other people that are being ripped off they use to be called Tailor4Less decided to change their name when complaints became to much spread the word they are crap

I would like to explain you once more how does work our Member Get Member promotion: a customer has to recommend some friends to buy at T4L. Once they buy, you will receive a code. The promotion is only valid if the customer recommends people, not like in your case. In your case, we tried to reach you many times as we found out that you recommended someone but it was the same person, I mean, you recommended yourself and obviously got a promo code. As the promotion does not work like that, we wrote you to inquiry about how could that be, that the measurements were the same.
As we did not get an answer from you in two weeks, we cancelled your order and refunded you the shipping costs, which you must have receive by now.
If you want to explain us what happened, and why the measurements and the profile data were exactly the same, we will be happy to check your case once more at [email protected]
