Quality of fabrics and details not very impressing. I ordered a slim fit but both jacket and trousers fit quite large. The extra paid for "special" buttons was a total waste of money. They are made of plastic and you can spot they're cheap-low quality stuff from miles away.
I purchased a men's coat from Hockerty all custom made with 80% Cashmere 20% wool blend material expecting to receive a high-quality coat, however, this was NOT the case, the shape of the coat was ridiculously out of proportion even after triple checking my measurements, the material was a polyester blend instead of the requested & paid for wool cashmere mix, which I kid you not, was so bad that I compared it to a faux wool garment at a cheap store which was ridiculously identical. After expressing my concern to Hockerty and asking for a refund, their response was a solid no even though I did not receive the jacket I paid for. Instead I received a fake wool disproportioned jacket completely useless. I am now $300+ down the drain. Guys and girls, Hockerty get the garments made in China on the cheap so think twice. So Hockerty even if a garment is custom made, you cant pull the no refund return card if you send them a different item than what they paid for. Extremely poor service and I definitely do NOT recommend this brand.

From start to finish I cannot fault Hockerty. Entering my measurements, on the website, was really easy and the waistcoat I ordered was beautifully made and fitted very well. The fabric was also of very good quality and the finished garment was superb. I didn't have to wait too long... just under 4 weeks. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future!
This is an excellent service. I use a wheelchair, and I have an unusual shape, so it is good to find a website that can take my measurements.
I ordered a waistcoat, to see how everything went. Although it was a little tight, and not 100% in keeping with my measurements, the company had no problem taking it back and remaking the garment. The new waistcoat was shipped, arrived without any hassle, fitted perfectly.
Now, I'm ordering again, two more of the same, In different colours.
I ordered 2 suits from Hockerty. After both were made wrong, the company discontinued the fabric I had selected for one suit and insisted I order a different suit. Hockerty refused to issue a refund for any reason, even their own uncorrectable error.
Hockerty consistently refused a refund for the 2nd suit for any reason, until after I posted this review. Correlation is not proof of causation, but I know of no other reason for the refund. Either way, I am glad to have finally gotten a refund.
The other suit was remade by Hockerty. It too is wrong. Hockerty will refund 25% of the value of the suit for alterations, but not for remakes. So if they make 1 mistake, you can get a refund for the cost of having a local tailor fix the problem. If they make 2 mistakes, you can only get a store credit. Somehow Hockerty thinks it is fair to refuse a refund because they keep making suits that do not fit.

J'ai découvert Hockerty par hasard en surfant sur Internet.
Le concept m' a plu et je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix.
Je pense que si vous leur communiquez précisément les bonnes mensurations, on vous restitue un article tout à fait conforme à vos attentes. J'ai commandé un manteau et je dois dire qu'il épouse parfaitement mon corps.
Le produit m'apparaît de bonne qualité ( très beau tissu), du coup le rapport qualité/prix est intéressant.
En terme de service, les échanges sont très cordiaux et on devine au travers des correspondances un souci constant de la satisfaction Client.
Bonne réactivité par ailleurs.
En conclusion, très bonne expérience avec cette entreprise que je recommande.

Ordered a double breasted blazer that arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately the lapels were not the size I ordered, but the customer service kindly explained that the tailors establish those type or width of lapels that will fit in the best way with the other measurements of the ordered blazer.
The quality of the blazer is good and the blazer itself fits really nice.

I ordered a wool suit from Tailor4Less, now called Hockerty, in April 2017. On Nov. 17,2017, as I was sitting down at the breakfast table, the fabric of the trousers split at the seat.The material was of such poor quality it did not last 7 months! I asked the company to replace the trousers, but they refused, saying it was beyond the 30 day period they have for any replacements. They asked me to pay for another pair of trousers with a "discount".
If this were a New Zealand company, they would have been bound by our Consumer Guarantee law to issue a full refund or replacement. This company is using its offshore location to get away with ignoring their responsibility to customers. Very poor attitude. I will never buy from them again.
The fabric of the suit is really good. High quality material. The fit is also extremely good. Shipment was fast and everything arrived perfectly on time.
+ long sleeves. I have long hands and 90% of ready coats are too short for my arms
+ nice material
- a bit too narrow in chest (most likely my fault)
- does not look warm enough for Russian winter

I must admit that I was a bit sceptical while reading your web page. Bargain costs and letting the costumer do the measuring. I wanted to order a tweed blazer. Could this really work? YES it could and did! At least close to 100%. The sleeves were a bit to long. After mail contact with you costumer service I got instructions what to do. A local tailor made the alterations needed. I sent the receipt to Hockerty and was refunded just a few days later. What a fantastic service. I have a great blazer that fits perfectly and I now only wait for a grey fabric that I want for my next tweed blazer.

I didn't know quite what to expect ordering a suit online but, tempted by Hockerty's low price, decided to take a chance.
I feel like I hit the jackpot.
These people are expert, honest, and genuine.
I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Answer: Don't order from this company if you are looking for a quality product. If, on the other hand, you are looking for poor quality fabric, shoddy tailoring, poor customer service and a high price, by all means, order from this company.
Answer: Our delivery time is currently 2 weeks from the moment of online payment to home delivery. We need at least 15 days to tailor and deliver an order matching our standards. It is thus unfortunately impossible to reduce the delivery delay, even against compensation, we already are the fastest in market.
Answer: Because hockerty are thieves selling crap and if i am lying let them take me to court along with the thousands of other people that are being ripped off they use to be called Tailor4Less decided to change their name when complaints became to much spread the word they are crap
