Tailor4less is a very unreliable company. They tailored my cashmere coat with extreme negligence. They made a fashion error (Forward Point collar rather than English Spread). They forgot to create sleeves button holes. These button holes should have been colored (the same as coats button holes). They were not even able to properly align buttons. You can see it all on the pictures.
To express it in the other words, they sold me a lousy SUV rather than a decent cabrio-car. And what did they do? They refused full money return and offered a 20% discount who needs discount on a lousy SUV when he ordered a decent cabrio? What is even more interesting, while admitting errors (!) they refused to cover postage and packing costs while proposing to send the coat back to their quality control center. I sent the coat there covering the p&p myself. They will probably return my winter coat in spring without any apology
Moreover they are not transparent. They refused to provide a general information regarding customer rights, refused to inform about the company location, which is crucial to identify whether the company operates in European Union, Switzerland or somewhere else
I discourage You from purchasing items at Tailor4less, their negligence is protected by the unlimited no-refund policy. You may get the wrong fashion, lousily tailored winter coat and when You claim Your rights You may be offered to get Your winter coat remake for spring (largely useless), with You covering all costs and having very unpleasant conversations. Can not send the link but can provide photos for inspection to compare offer with reality...
Now how the story got into (near) final - I got the new/corrected coat back in march - so I got a WINTER a coat in SPRING - what for? I had to buy another winter coat anyway to wear it in January and February, I had to pay for postage and packing upon returning the lousy coat to T4less! I was offered a ridiculous compensation (a discount on further purchases - who would buy anything more from them anyway?) To recap - avoid Tailor4less by all means. Unreliable, unfair, poor quality, bad style, cheating company.
Dishonest, poor quality company. Material wasn't of the quality advertised, didn't remotely fit, they refused to refund

I had been desperately searching for an exact replacement for a much loved jacket for my husband. As he has dementia it was important that it looked exactly the same so that he would accept it as his. The process of being able to stipulate each detail enabled me to get a replica of the original which wouldn't have been possible otherwise. As the order was made in the pre-Christmas period I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time. However, I was kept up to date with emails and the package arrived with 3 days to spare, AND with a gift of a leather belt to apologise for the delay! Apart from the fact that the original jacket has faded, with time and frequent dry-cleaning, the 2 jackets are identical. I look forward to giving the new one to my husband on Christmas Day. I was sent ill fitting clothes but that was only minor compared to what happened next. They demanded I send them pictures of myself in this ill fitting clothes and then they demanded pictures of me in clothes that fit. It was just too horrible. Run don't walk from this terrible on line con.

My experience with Tailor4Less has been excellent. The fabrics they have on offer are of very high quality and they have a wide selection to choose from. My order arrived on time as promised and the custom 3-piece suit, along with the custom coat I designed on their website, all fit me like a glove! The staff are very helpful and informative. I highly recommend Tailor4Less, you won't regret it. I am already designing my next suit on their website... :D

Well, no one will be surprised when I say what everyone else has already said. I so wish I had read this before ordering my tux with them. I would post pics but they are too embarrassing. The Jacket looked like a waiters coat, the neck of the shirt would not button, the pants were too big and the vest was too small. They were very difficult to communicate with and because of all this the 2 events I was going to wear the tux to will not happen. They agreed to remake the jacket and shirt if I paid shipping, so I did. I did not have a choice. I did ask for a credit so I could order something of use, and they would not do that. When the remade suit arrives, well see. They asked for pics and seamstress measurements over and over even after i had sent them. Only upside is that if it is right then Ill have a tux on standby. Modern Tailor is much better at shirts, I have also used Original Stitch for shirts and once I got the measurement right they were good, but they were easy to work with for a remake and they had a US rep who spoke english well. Stay away from tailor4less. I will post this on their website as well after my suit arrives, but I doubt they will keep it on there.

Company sent me the wrong color hankie for my Blaiser and said the would send me a new one one they receive the one they sent me back. Then told me I would need to pay international shipping to return the hankie. I refused given the cost of shipping would be more than the value of the cheap hankie. They then came back and said they would credit my account by 10% of the value of the hankie in my next purchase, or 50 cents! Ugh this company is aweful. Needless to say I won't be cashing in on that credit.

After checking your inquiry, we are sorry to explain you again, that it was not our mistake. If you check your order at your user account, you will see that the hankie you ordered was white.
However, in order to keep you as satisfied customer, we offered you a new grey hankie for free. In this case we have to receive the white one in out office. The international shipping is not more expensive than the pocket square. You can post it by regular mail in a small brief. The price for the shipping would be around 3 USD.
In this case, we cannot pay for the shipping, since we cannot identify a mistake on our part.

Fits like a glove is the furthest thing from how the product is worn. My tailor could tell right away that the pants were hand sewn and that the craft was horrible. It cost me nearly $40 to tailor the pants of which I only was refunded $16 even though the website says $20. It wasn't just that the pants were baggy but even the zipper was sewn on improperly to where the zipper cover was not flush with the pants but sticking up. The button was placed so the pants would fit properly but the actual width was larger than my size. Stay away from this company.

Although pricey, I decided to try this company that a friend had used. I ordered three items, thinking that since they are allowed to trade in the UK, usual rules and regulations would apply. Firstly the order arrived after 1 month ( two weeks late). However one month after receiving the package I received a significant CUSTOMS DUTY BILL which I had to pay (around 25% in addition to the price paid when other fee included).
Needless to say that Tailor4less had never warned me about extra charges, letting me believe that the price I had paid was the final price, including the taxes of the country they were trading in. Looking at their terms and conditions, it is clearly stated that the price they ask you to pay IS the final price. However when I contacted their customer service, the story completely changed. They said that it was too late according to their terms and conditions for the company to pay for the extra charges and that these are charges not associated with the company but associated with taxes. They insisted on giving me the money in credit for another order. Of course I would NEVER order from that company EVER again for obvious reasons.
Tailor4less did not accept any responsibility for the extra charges. As far as I am concerned I ended up paying tax to the UK on the companys behalf and the company refused to refund me. I wouldnt trust buying anything form this company so think again before you order. The customer service is poor because you can only contact them via email, I was never sure who I was talking to because the names changed and I wasnt able to write to the ombudsman because the company is not UK based.
BEWARE you will be liable for an import TAX paid to the tax authorities and it will be your responsibility to pay it. The company may offer a mere credit note in compensation and you will have no consumer protection if you are not happy with this.
Very poor experience. I felt completely vulnerable and helpless as a consumer.

Be aware that DHL should provide you with this invoice before deliver the parcel. If you receive a customs invoice months after, you are not forced to pay this costs. 3 months after the purchase, Tailor4less can only refund you the amount as credit.

So pleased I discovered these tailors. I had been frustrated not to find what I was looking for until now. Fast friendly service, garments fit perfectly, and the quality / value for money I think is unsurpassed. Very highly recommended.
Third suit ordered and received perfectly on time as usually. There was also an offer for a free shirt so I toke the opportunity to order one and see if it fits as well as the suits themselves.
The suit was exactly as ordered but before opening the shirt package, I saw that there was a chest pocket while I ordered the shirt without one (yes, you can select any of the shirt options even if it's free).
So I opened a support ticket and get a reply within 24h asking me to take a picture of me wearing the shirt. I dressed myself with the shirt and surprise, what I though was a chest pocket was in fact the shirt's sleeve. Support ticket closed with my apologies and lot of laughs!
They will commit FRAUD if necessary. My measurements were tampered with in my profile. Luckily I printed out a copy when I placed the order. Shoulders were supposed to be 18 1/2. They were 20 1/2 inches. That is an inch on each side. Shoulders are probably one of the most important measurements when it comes to looking good in a suit. The seam on the right shoulder was also improperly sewn creating a bump. 7 of the 14 measurements were modified. Weight says I was 231 lbs. when Im 206. Once the suit is made, they tamper with the measurements to fit the suit and if you dont have an original copy you cant prove it. Tailor estimated fixing the shoulders would be $100 plus, they offer $50 reimbursement. If they agree to a remake which is probably no chance in hell, it says you have to pay shipping to return it to Europe which I can't imagine what that would cost. They claim they will donate it to the poor, but since they screw you over I cant imagine them being good to the poor. The fabric was very thin even though I paid an extra $160 for better fabric, but it was OK. I also didn't request a faux buttonhole on lapel, I didn't want one at all and there is one there and the lapels were supposed to be wide but they weren't. Those two items alone would require a remake because they cant be fixed by a tailor. There is nowhere on their website showing a buttonhole on the lapel unless you request one. They apparently change your profile to match their mistakes. I am going to dispute it with the Credit Card Company and VISA itself. When all is said and done it comes down to the fact that they committed fraud by changing the specs and it will be cold day in hell before they will be remaking you a suit. I have gone back and forth with them on a support ticket knowing what the final answer would probably be and I was right. I sent them pictures of the shoulders with a measuring tape, the buttonhole and the lapels. Also, the breast pocket was partially sewn shut and they havent even answered if that is normal and I can open it up without damaging it.

Take your time with the measurements, double check. We spent about 40 minutes doing all the numbers and the suit we received fits very well. We didn't even need to take up the hem. We ordered a dark navy blue wool two piece suit and the quality is good. We started with the $299 option but will choose a more expensive option for the next one. The suit arrived in Australia in 12 days. The only criticism I could possibly make is the buttons are very ordinary. If you want a good suit, choose the wool and have someone help you measure.
My body type is very difficult to fit and I was quite apprehensive about ordering on-line without trying on something. I was sure to take the measurements twice and the fit was perfect and the material was exceptional. I am sure to order more.
Affortunately my experience was good, Ive been reading some of the comments of people complaining about the size. I have to explain that maybe some people decided to accept the perfect fit policy and go with the "we recommend not changing any measures for a perfect fit" however im more scheptical about this as i couldnt stop thinking (how can they possibly know just by body type everybody's measures?) so I went in, took a little more time to take my measures and Yup... Some of them were off by quite a lot so. Im happy i took the time to do it. I believe there lies the problem... They should get rid of the perfect fit thing and just have everybody measure themselves. I also felt I was not impressed with the tissue quality as i bought one of the most expensive ones... However I have to say on the positive side that allthought the tissue doesnt "look" expensive it is thin enough that it makes the suit very fresh.

Answer: Don't order from this company if you are looking for a quality product. If, on the other hand, you are looking for poor quality fabric, shoddy tailoring, poor customer service and a high price, by all means, order from this company.
Answer: Our delivery time is currently 2 weeks from the moment of online payment to home delivery. We need at least 15 days to tailor and deliver an order matching our standards. It is thus unfortunately impossible to reduce the delivery delay, even against compensation, we already are the fastest in market.
