Bought from Encore they shipped wrong item when i received sent them pictures and they said ship back at my expense and they will review spend another $30.00 they knew it wasn't worth it, very bad company and makes you look bad as well. Had same problem with another auction house and they credited no problem

As a person that used to go to in-house auctions, I found the on-line bidding much better. I bought many items that I wanted. I was able to bid from the comfort of my home. I will be using the site in the future.

Shipment went to my old address because on my profile bill to changed but not ship to, but only happens with 1 auction company. Each blames the other HiBid and auction house

HiBid is wonderful, with the only significant challenge in my mind being the significant differences between the lengthy legalese in the auctions terms. I would rather have a uniform set of terms between auctions or at least more concise statements. Likely not considered possible based on state legal requirements and each auction houses negative experiences with bidders in their past. Search capabilities would be enhanced for me if it were possible to sort out those items under no shipping terms too, since almost everything I bid on requires shipping. Thanks for asking.

The company that did the estate sale put stickers on the items to show the lot numbers. The problem is the stickers don't come off. I purchased framed pictures with glass. It is going to take a lot of work to get the stickers off. I guess they did not care about the people's items. The action was great until I got home and attempted to remove the stickers. Bad ending to what could have been an awesome experience.
