Rude. Manager (red hair lady) unhappy, unhelpful. Product was described as new/other, however it was damaged to point of no repair. Questioned the Manager she opted for contact the owner and he will say the same, "you weren't forced to bid". Made my day.

Hibid protects and promotes frauds. I am speaking about Berger Coins and Collectibles. I spent a little over $1200.00 at an auction. Was supposed to be bank boxes and coins. Turns out it was far from it. After waiting almost two months and getting the police involved I finally received a package from Erik Matthews who owns Berger Coins and Collectibles and it was mostly junk. The bank boxes were little wooden boxes from Amazon. They had fake gems in them and some penny's. A couple other Coins also came. Max value probably $100.00 oh and this company is only 5 miles from my home. Buyer beware. Just Google the reviews about Berger Coins and Collectibles in Loveland Colorado. You'll see how much of a thief he is. Hibid does nothing to protect customers. In fact they continue to promote him. Beware.

HiBid has a good website setup that makes bidding easy and the whole process is easy to follow. The pickup of items is also very easy. We had no problems at all so far with bidding, pickup or payment. The only downside is the website search for auctions. It doesn't work. Also the notifications for a specific area only.
