The company that did the estate sale put stickers on the items to show the lot numbers. The problem is the stickers don't come off. I purchased framed pictures with glass. It is going to take a lot of work to get the stickers off. I guess they did not care about the people's items. The action was great until I got home and attempted to remove the stickers. Bad ending to what could have been an awesome experience.
Easy to search and bid. I like that each auction can customize their auction. I also like that each auction has clear shipping/no shipping policies and terms that I can check before bidding.

I used two screens. One showing just the items that I was bidding on, and another screen showing the bidding action on all of the items as they were closing. This seemed to work well for me. The very first item I bid on I lost largely because I didn't know that 90 seconds were added if a new bid was entered during the final minute.

Searching individual items and local auctions are very easy. The bidding process is easy and the notification of being out bid are quick. The countdown at the end of the auction is convenient for tracking. I think this is a great platform for reaching online auctions an there are so many unique items available that interest a wide variety of people.

I love the site and the bidding is effortless but the shipping prices are ridiculous- ex: a package of diapers won bid at $10 with fee $13 shipping $23. When that package of diapers sells for $39 at store so really only ended up saving a couple dollars. Another item retails 135 won bid at 95 with fees paid 116 shipping was $35.05 would have been less expensive just to buy at local store.

Would be helpful if the auctioneers would respond to enquiries/ requests for clarifications or specifics not included in product descriptions. I have never received a reply so stopped asking any Q's and don't bid unless 100% clear
