Medicore experience

All was fine on the first couple of bids, but then the last two that I really wanted it wouldn't work. It popped up please answer a survey. Was really disappointed as I would have bid more on the two pieces we wanted than what was actually bid.

I bid on pressure gauges, dont know why, I love them. I was outbid on all but 1, which I am so excited to pickup tomorrow. It was nice to have an auction where I don't have to have my items shipped.

Web page vs app

Dishonest Pilfering & Possible Theft?

I purchased a large baseball collection that Included books of pages, all full of old baseball cards, after further Inspection, It seems as If the books were picked through and cards that were supposed to be In a lot of those pages, had been recently removed. The longer old cards are In the protective pages, they adhere to the plastic to where you have to use your fingers to carefully take the cards out.
Once again, It seems I was duped.
I think I will think twice when purchasing any auctions.

My last bad experience with this same company was when a priceless brooch I had purchased had got damaged due to carelessness.

I made bids on 2 lots.The seller charged my card immediately. Fine. But they are sitting in "You may have won this auction " status.
The auctions terms and conditions say nothing ships till an email is responded to, no email sent to me.
So here I sit out 200+$ and nothing to show for it. Auction closed 10/5 charged 10/5

My recent experiences on Hibid have been outstanding. Most auctioneers care about providing a quality experience. It is crucial to ask the auctioneer questions about the items you wish to bid on to ensure the items are complete or functioning as you expect. Some auctioneers post stock pictures that are NOT the actual item you are bidding on.

The last auction sent me an invoice that I downloaded but it doesn't have a link to pay. So I guess I will pay in person.Also contacted them for date and pick up time and got a voice mail instead of online scheduling option.

Poor App Experience

I have constant issues with the app crashing or not keeping up in real time. Specifically when auctions are live and in the middle of end bidding. So the moment i need it responding the best, its responding the worst which has caused me to lose auctions. I had considerably less issues with the previous version of the mobile app. There are less issues with bidding via website but its less stream lined and removes the whole convenience of the mobile app.

The breadth of items and auction houses available is truly valuable, and I've often encountered exceptional auctioneers who are honest and easy to work with.

However, I must also address some critical concerns that have become recurring issues during my experience. Transparency is paramount in any auction transaction, and unfortunately, not all auctioneers on your platform adhere to this principle. I've encountered situations where additional, undisclosed fees are introduced after the fact, often justified with vague or convoluted explanations. This lack of upfront clarity significantly erodes trust.

Additionally, there are instances where shipping practices fall short. When shipping is mishandled, some auctioneers show little to no accountability, leaving buyers to absorb the inconvenience and cost. Moreover, the inconsistency in fee structures can be frustrating—particularly when high fees are imposed without corresponding benefits or clear justification.

I strongly recommend that HiBid integrates a robust, user-based review system for auctioneers. This would provide users with the ability to make informed decisions and help maintain a higher standard of professionalism among auction houses on your platform. A more explicit emphasis on clear terms and conditions would also foster trust and long-term success for all parties involved.

I hope these points are taken into consideration, as HiBid remains a valuable resource for many of us in the auction community. Addressing these concerns would undoubtedly improve the experience for users like myself who have been loyal
