Mostly had good experience with winning auctions and receiving products as expected. I was scammed, robbed, by one auctioneer and when I contacted HiBid twice to explain the situation they never responded. It seems like they don't have a problem allowing scammers to sell on their site and never deliver any merchandise.
I need to add new information about my review. After messaging with the seller and HiBid at least 30 -40 times over a 6 -7-month ordeal I did finally get my merchandise.
The whole process was very easy and quick. Will recommend hibid to friends and family

Easy bidding and local pick-up. Premium is a little high but most items are new/unused and great for home use or gift giving.

I just recently signed up for this auction sight. The one issue I was confused on is when there are multiple items in one bid. It took some digging around to find out that if there is more than one item, you buy them all. I found this in one of the bid items that said "read this before bidding". Why not just make it more clear up front. At in-person auctions, when there is more than one item, usually you decide how many you want and then others can buy for same price. Otherwise this was fun to participate in.

I've been using my state's local HiBid for a while now and its been great. The map search is a great way to see what's available in the area. Never had an issue with registering, bidding or payment processing.

Overall its pretty easy to spend money ( bid) on items, be nice if there was a text alert option for items coming up? Like 10-15 items before a watched item is coming.
