Clear tracking system and also could select shipping week

The packaging was great. I received the roses that seem to be in good healthy conditions.

Young rose bush arrived in good order. Videos and instructions on planting were followed the same day the rose arrived and its been in the ground for most of the first week of arrival. Time will tell if it flourishes, I'm noticing a few signs of growth, but very early days.

The order was delivered on time and plants arrived in great condition. Rose plants have been planted in pots and seem to be doing good so far. Overall shopping experience has been great and the process is seamless.

The roses are great, shipping through fedex got a bit confusing dates kept changing and location displayed incorrectly on site a few times. (example. At one point it told me it was in Oregon, but would be here the very next day. Switched to Wyoming, then jumped back to Oregon, and then it was just here. Didn't get an out for delivery notice until after it arrived.

Boxes were awesome! Plants were in great shape. Replanted and they are so happy and doing fabulous!

IT IS LATE IN THE SUMMER SEASON AND YOU STILL HAVE ROSES THAT ARE ON MY WISHLIST. SO MANY ROSES, NOT ENOUGH GARDENS. TODAY WAS VERY GOOD FOR CHOOSING WHICH BEAUTIES WILL GRACE MY BEDS

Everything arrived in good condition. I haven't planted the roses yet, so I don't have a review of the plants themselves. Note that I believe the date I chose for delivery was the date the roses left the company, not the date the roses arrived. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you need to plant on a certain date, order the roses to ship a few days before that date.

Purchased the Mint Compost. Have been really happy so far. It makes a beautiful top dressing!

Beautiful healthy roses. I have several in my garden. They all have thrived in my climate.

This is my third rose, Good Ol' Summertime, from Heirloom Roses. The healthy and quality of shipping is excellent. The roses arrive without blooms or mature leaves, which helps protect them during transit. And my prior 2 roses had leaves and were growing well with weeks of arrival.

I'm very pleased with the service. I will be building my rose garden with all Heirloom roses.
