The root of the Florentina Rose is not good, it's dark. The Teasing Georgia Rose is better and begin to sprout after a few days.
I received my roses in a timely matter and they were packaged very well. They were easy to plant, but I had a few questions about the weather conditions and so I got in touch with customer service and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend heirloom.

I am on my eighth and ninth roses ordered from Heirloom. They arrive well packed for shipping and healthy plants. All of the original six roses blossomed during our first season. The date I care about is the arrival date, which every other website lets you in on. Why do I care about the ship date? That doesn't help me plan to be home, because I don't know how long it takes to ship.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and we greatly appreciate it. At check out on our store, you are able to select the shipping date and it is stated that transit time is 3-5 days. When your order ships, you are sent a shipment confirmation with tracking number that will tell give you the ability to track your order along the way and see when it will arrive at your location. If you want to be home at the time of day that it will arrive, it is best to use the tracking information for up to the date information as your rose travels to it's new home in your garden. Happy planting!
I planted the two roses as soon as they arrived, but they looked pretty spindly, no leaves, just stems.
Hopefully they will sprout new leaves soon and develop a little before winter.

I purchased three roses directly from Heirloom Roses in March and planted according to directions. They did not grow at all. I contacted the company and sent photos. They only replied to send photos again. They have not honored guaranty to date, October 3rd.

So far, we have received 2 photos from you showing two roses that are alive and well and we are still waiting for a photo of the third rose that you wish to file a claim for. Answer: I bought from Heirloom Roses because of the amazingly beautiful selection of roses they offer plus their customer service is beyond excellent.
Answer: I live in 8b and prune in November. Watch the weather as they should tell you when six weeks before the first frost happens. I prune again in April after the last frost and before the buds turn red and swell.
