I am not sure if they did it wrong or I did the mesurares wrong, anyway the dress is beautiful for the price, I went to the toilette and they size it down and I LOVE it … I was a little sad cause I didn't like at the beginning cause was too big but after I size it up down, turn amazing. You want it tight you can size down. But the dress is so beautiful, everybody was telling me that. The material is okay- the top is transparent so you are all covered.

Received my dress in the mail, tried it on and it was 2 sizes too small so I immediately got on the website to start the return process. The return process is a joke! There's no way to get a hold of anyone except by email and they said they'd send a return label but when I got an email back they offered a 50% off coupon for another dress and told me to keep the dress that's too small! What the heck!?
Their website is user friendly, I was able to order my dream dress without any problems. My dress arrived earlier than I thought, it was a pleasant surprise and to top it all, the dress was exactly like on the picture on their website and might I add that I look amazing in it and can't wait for June to show my husband
I searched and sesrched for just the right dress. Finally I stubble upon Hebeos site
I said yes to the dress I ordered. But when I received it and tried it on I was disappointed. It didn't fit. On top of that trying to send it back was of no avail. Company told me several times to donate the dress, use it for another event or take it to a seamstress. Lastly if return at my expense I would only get 23% refund. I am distraught with this purchase and this company. This was supposed to be my dress for my big day. I am very displeased. 😢 A dress I can't do anything with.

I requested a refund after 3 weeks & not items. I was told my order had been processed & I could not get a refund. Now almost a month later than my original request I still have not received the order. I needed the items for a wedding.
I will say I was hesitant at first due to the bad reviews. However, I decided to give it a try and I'm so happy I did. The dress came before the expected date, it was described and pictured perfectly. The only thing I had added was a hook on the back so I could carry the dress on my wrist and got it pressed.
The dress was nothing like the picture and it was too small plus I paid for it to be delivered in one of those bags that the dry cleaners use but it came in a bag like the SHEIN bags I'm highly disappointed 😡
Bought two dresses. One was ok, still nowhere near what they portrayed I'd receive. The other looks like it was sewn by a blind person. The sleeves dont even make sense. They fit like they belong on a child's dress plus it's not even the right fabric.
Hebeos is saying they won't take their too small merchandise back. I was told to donate it, pay to have it altered when I spent $145 + shipping and taxes for a total of $162. They claim if I return the dress and restocking fee, cleaning fee, and a sanitizing fee will be deducted from my refund. Also, I the consumer will have to pay for the return of the dress. I read their return policy thoroughly and none of this is mentioned. I would NEVER order anything from them again, EVER! I wear a size 12, I'm 5'3" and I weigh 160 lbs. I ordered a size 14W because of my buttocks and hips. The dress wouldn't even come over my buttocks/hips. I ordered a size up and wide trying to be safe and that still didn't work. I wouldn't order anything from them ever again. I'm going to contact the Better Business BUREAU about this company, horrible experience!
I had a good experience with ordering from Hebeos for my bridesmaid dress. The only thing i think could be improved is the measuring. I used my measurements and selected a size that matched it the closest. If I knew I could have manually entered my measurements for a more personalized fit, I definitely would have gone with that option.
It was as beautiful as in the picture. Good quality and value for money! Very elegant and chic!
My dress was cut shorter than what I asked for and it does not zip up in the back and the worst thing about it is having to go by Email just to get it returned and I needed it before April 12
I ordered a size 10 standard, as it gives you options to choose standard or specific alterations. I chose standard as I'm a US 10, the dress did not fit, they claim it can't be returned because it was made to specific sizing! What! Beware dress does not come with a shipping label as they refuse return. You're better off ordering from a more legit ethical site, like SHEIN tbh!
Very nervous purchasing overseas and with the price, assumed I should have probably gotten two dresses in case my first choice was a bomb. Decided to take a chance with the reviews and the fact that I had time to return and reorder if I hated it. Received it yesterday and it fit like a glove! I went off of my measurements and it was perfect. May not require any alterations. So thankful to have found this company and this dress!
